I swear this is the same food truck that was at the Garland farmers market last year, the noodles were so delicious. I could be wrong.

This dude’s gotta a good gig going here. It’s a unique pairing of smoked meats and Asian-style noodles/veg. Both entrees we got were well prepared. I like that he gives you the opportunity to hit it with condiments you’d prefer; hot for me, but it’s all up to you. Every order is cooked on demand, so be patient–and go find some cool desserts with your meal. You sure will, when all the food trucks are open in the Pavilion on the weekend. We liked this truck, and thought prices were good for the grubbage…

I come here like a once a month for the spicy pork yakisoba. I think it’s very well priced and the owner is always super duper friendly and quick. I’ve been here about 5 times and never had a problem with my food or any employees. I’m gonna keep coming here.

Stopped by to grab some Hawaiian Mac salad cause I was making Kalua pork for dinner. The Mac salad with teriyaki on it was FIRE!!! Very authentic and tasty. A++ can’t wait to try their other food! Very friendly and fast!
