So disappointed in this restaurant. The biggest failure of a franchise I have ever witnessed. I purchased two honey mustard tortilla chicken wraps and I was shocked at how terrible they were. Dry cracked tortilla cheese was terrible and hard even the chicken I gave to my dog when I arrived home. Service was even worse, tall younger male that was so annoyed by some thing from his co worker that he messed up my order twice. I asked for a cup of ice, not the little Dixie cup he tried to shove at me but a normal size cup. He charged me $3.95 for a cup of ice I kid you not. At this point I should have just walked out. All I am trying to say is don’t even waste your time going to this place no matter how hungry you are.

My order was taken by on shift manager, ordered 2 items off value menu. Manager asked if I wanted a meal, I said no and that I wanted 2 items from value menu. He then charged me full price and argued with me.

Maxwell was absolutely amazing she worked fast being they were short staffed and complimented the other ladies she was working with…now ROBIN the manager was totally rude and unprofessional Maxwell asked if he could help and he blatantly told her know that he was on break when there was a lobby full of customers in front of everybody I think this behavior is totally unacceptable and he definitely does not need to be in a management position I vote Maxwell for store manager..

Today I was craving a Whopper and I headed to Burger King on 84th in Kent WA and the truth is that the service was terrible and the food was awful, raw fries and I ordered my burger with little sauce and they gave me something exaggerated, I have had other bad experiences in this location.

Whatever you do don’t use uber eats for an order thru here. I ordered a corporate order for 150 dollars worth. We got 35 dollar receipt and food. Re ordered it again and had the exact same issue come thru. Didn’t receive the right food or anything. They don’t answer the phone. And god let alone uber eats has a way of contacting them easily.

I got my absolute worst customer service in all my years in the western world today at this location. The customer service was so bad that the safety of the food that I bought from them came to my mind, but I had to push the thoughts away and focus on eating because I was so helpless and hungry. The staff was so intimidating with her body language and words that her response was ‘whatever’ when I wanted to ask a simple question. I was asked three times if my food was take away in such an intimidating way that I was just looking in belief. No wonder they have such a low rating. And of course, the store was almost empty when we went there on a Sunday evening, and that should have been a red flag. Unfortunately there is no minus rating that’s why I am giving them a one for their customer service

So I am giving this rating solely on who closes their business lobby early on a summer Saturday ….and not post it or have a good reason for it . So I guess on Saturdays they close well before 10pm and their drive thru well is super busy … I didn’t bring my car and I was met by three other people who were turned away by locked doors to the lobby

Over the weekend of September 3rd, I went out with my Wife to celebrate her 31st birthday and I picked this Burger King for LUNCH. It was merely to get food, before we go shopping at the local mall and other places for her gifts, this was a MISTAKE. I purchased the Ch’King sandwich to try out and so I could avoid red meat getting high acid levels in my blood. LOOK AT THE PICTURE I ATTACHED, THAT IS WHAT THEY GAVE ME. It is impossible to eat without making a mess, so I had to throw it out and go hungry until dinner. This ruined my whole day, and my wife’s birthday.
I have since contacted Corporate Burger King, and they apologized, but I plan to visit this BK again and demand an apology for ruining my wife’s birthday.
