Waited 15 minutes for my food that was simply sitting behind the counter the entire time. Person i was with recieved theirs and finished it before I even was looked at. Only positive thing was the nice guy named Marcus running the counter. I did however receive the same old food.

Food was fine but burger meat was dryer than usual, ordered 2 double qtr pounders, one with no onion, 2 large fries and one iced coffee, simple right?, paid for that too. Got them home, opened the bag, basic qtr pounder with small fries and one double qtr pounder with large fries. Sure, I could have driven 4 miles back on my busy day, and had it fixed. There is no excuse for messing up a simple order!! If you can’t get that right then you have no future.

Food is not even good for a Mcdonalds and the drive thru window made me wanna barf, smells like sewage. On top of that extremely rude staff 9/10 times, you get a good one once in a blue moon. Also your order will be wrong, be prepared.

Me and my boyfriend came through for some ice cream tonight, and we had the absolute best experience thanks to a girl named Fig working the window/speaker. Not only did she get our order out quick and with a smile, but she had us laughing the whole time with her puns and jokes. It turned a simple ice cream stop into something way more fun and memorable.
McDonald’s ice cream might be sweet, but Fig’s sense of humor made the whole visit even sweeter. If you see her working, you’re in for a treat (pun definitely intended)!

Went inside and ordered from the kiosk. Machine would not accept the payment and there was nobody at the front to help us. We stood at the counter and called out for assistance several times before we were acknowledged and then they looked at us like we were inconveniencing them. We went to fix our drinks and the drink machine was filthy. Splatters all over the machine and the tea dispensers were also nasty. The overflow tray had soda that covered the entire thing and discarded lids laying around and the lid dispensing machine needed to be refilled. The floor was sticky. Part of our order was wrong. That did get corrected. One worker was on her cellphone. Workers were not very respectful of one another and one employee stood in the doorway between the dining area and the back and dropped the F bomb. Most of the employees did not look clean and presentable. I’m fairly new to this area. I have come to this McDonald’s drive thru several times for breakfast and have had good service. This is my first time to go inside to eat. Also my last. Totally uncalled for. Yes the drive thru was busy but not all of the employees were busy.

i know it’s such a trivial thing to be upset about & i’m grateful i even have the ability to buy fast food from time to time, but come on… its the principal of the thing. and the fact that we’re actually not getting what we paid for. $1.19 for a STRIP of bacon.. that i did not receive. this mcdonalds continues to disappoint ☺️

I don’t know what they are doing different but this place has gotten so much better! I have worked all over the US and I used to say this was the worst McDonald’s I had ever been to. They seem to have new workers and it is so much better!

ALWAYS makes you pull forward in drive thru. Then forgets about you and makes you wait for 15 minutes. Then when you go in to ask what’s going on they make you wait another 10 minutes . All for 1 meal! Trash establishment that just wanted their drive thru clear.

Loud place at the time we went. Food was awful meat patties were squash burgers and not much of condiments, one pickle small thin tomatoe and a so called pice of lettuce. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND.
