When number was called, we only got half of our order. I’m assuming it was the manager said, oh I missed the taco bell side. Sat there and waited for almost 20 minutes for it to get done. In the mean time, drive through and 3 others after us got their food. When we did get our tacos, they were all cold. I highly recommend not going here until they can get better management and better workers.

Seems everytime we do the drive thru they are out of everything on the menu including condiments lol
My daughter had to request her change tonight after being told we’re out of 3 menu items.
What a joke.
While speaking with my daughter tonight she mentioned most of the lights were off 2 hours before closing time and 6 employees were sitting at a table in dinning area. Does management not know or care what is going on in their store.

My shoes stuck to the floor like it was covered in glue. The service sucked. The food wasn’t made properly. There were no hours posted on the door. My grandmother needed to use the restroom but the guy from the drive thru was fixing one of the toilets and they never offered to let her use the other stall or even a different restroom

I just want to say thank you to this franchise owns for Not giving the option to carry out since not everyone can go through drive-thru even though your allow to operate at 50 percent capacity. Dump Trucks dont fit through drive thrus. So thank you for forgetting about all essential workers.

I ordered green beans, they put just enough in the bowl to barely cover the bottom, I also order a large mashed potatoes and gravy, when opening the gravy the bowl had almost none in it. Very disappointed with their lack of hospitality and work ethic.

I don’t understand how places like this can continue to be open as you read terrible review after terrible review. I feel exactly the same way about the McDonald’s in Nappanee. this is nappanee guys… this should be a fairly decent at the LEAST in customer service. i’m mind blown that these places are still open. DEAR TACO BELL/KFC + MCDONALDS …. DO THE CITY OF NAPPANEE A FAVOR; start over from SCRATCH! have some standards for yourself when hiring new management and employees.

worst KFC in the country. Twice I’ve been there at 6PM and out of green beans, or something including some chicken. 6PM! Hello that’s dinner time people cook some food for crying out loud! Time to close the lousy store down!
