I’m from NYC and can confirm the pizza here is authentic NY pizza!! I have been here a couple of times and they are very consistent. The crust and flavor is perfection. This is my go to spot for pizza! The sandwiches also look really good but I have yet to try them.

This place deserves all the accolades. Whether or not they are super busy, the staff is calm, accomodating, and kind. The pizza is the best around and then some. Their sandwiches are truly worth a lunch stop; the New Yorker, Palermo, and Tracy (my namesake, huzzah!) is absolutely phenomenal. There’s just enough time on a busy Friday after work to run in and place an order, drive across the street to Kroger for your weekend dinner ingredients , and pop back for the hottest, most perfect pizza for Fridays dinner. Also: garlic lovers – they’ll put fresh garlic on your pizza. Enough said!

I’ve been coming here for years—literally since the store first opened—and it’s always been the perfect way to get real New York–style food while living in Georgia.
The vibe alone is awesome. When you walk in, the place is covered in sports memorabilia and license plates, giving it that vintage, mom-and-pop shop atmosphere that feels personal and authentic.
The owner has always been incredibly friendly. If you want something made a certain way, he’ll make it—no matter what it is. And he actually cares. One time I watched a woman drop her pizza outside and before she even walked back in, he was already making her a new one. That’s the type of service you don’t find anymore.
I honestly laugh at some of the negative reviews (looking at you Tony Mele and a few others, lol). People will always find something to complain about.
But if you’re looking for homemade pizza, homemade sauce, and the closest thing to real New York pizza in Georgia—take it from an actual New Yorker and try this place out. You won’t regret it.

Quest and Consume
The first time we ate here, we tried one of the sandwiches called The Mandy. It was overall pretty good with fresh ingredients and good flavor.
On our next visit, we decided we would try their pizza and went with the Supreme and the Greek pizzas. We were overall disappointed with both of these pizzas, as the Greek tasted mostly of minced garlic from a jar, and the Supreme pizza was mediocre at best and actually tasted better reheated than it did fresh. We paid close to $50, including tip for two 14″ pizzas on takeout, and would expect a much better product for this price.
We may be back for the sandwiches, but we don’t see the need to return for the pizza.

My Northern heart was full today. I sent my southern/midwestern boyfriend to grab lunch and ordered a Gotti because… Northerner. You don’t fight instinct like that.
At first glance I caught myself wishing it was bigger and on a proper hoagie roll like a legit Italian grinder instead of ciabatta. But one bite in and I had to respectfully retract that thought. It was toasted to perfection, cheese melted just right, everything warm and balanced. The flavors were bold without being too much as with just the right kick from the jalapeños and that roasted red pepper sauce bringing the heat in all the right places. Savory, melty, slightly spicy heaven.
And then the cannoli. I got to witness my boyfriend try one for the first time, and I’m so glad this was his introduction. Crisp shell, creamy filling, sweet but not over the top. A proper North End moment right here in town.
After finishing my cannoli his sat in front of me for a solid 10 minutes. I knew it was going to be incredible. I also knew I had to hand it over. Accepting that loss was the hardest part of my afternoon. Worth it. But still devastating.
The only reason for four stars on atmosphere? The Yankees are trash. GO SOX.
Well done all around. I’ll absolutely be back, and next time I’ll be wearing my Sox hat proudly. ⚾

Absolutely fantastic experience at NY Style Deli and Pizza by Mansi! My father always worked in pizzerias so I grew up eating authentic NY pizza which makes me a harsh critic. I moved to Georgia and have been searching for the perfect NY pie for awhile and this place has it! My family orders 2 large pizzas every Friday night and my mouth literally waters all week just thinking about that pizza. The crust and sauce are superb. The place itself is also very authentic NY and I love that. Very friendly owner. All around awesome spot. Very glad it’s so close by.

I have tried to order the deep dish from them 3 times. They take the order then 20 minutes later they call to say they can’t make it. Last time it was we sold the last one and didn’t realize it. Today it was we dropped yours on the floor. They just dropped the ball too many times.. Find another place..
