Fast food and it’s good. We love to dine in when we come to Leonard town. The staff are friendly and efficient. If something isn’t right they quickly rectify it and get you back to it. The prices are affordable. I like the biggie bag options.

6 PM on a Saturday and they have their lobby closed. Their excuse is because people in the drive-through complain about waiting for their food. Mind you on my experience on going here. There were no cars in the drive-through whatsoever. I’m coming from a city area that is short staffed at different fast food restaurants, and none of them close their lobby down here. It is our visit a Wendy’s that’s in Leonardtown, Maryland no traffic during my time there this evening. The parking lot was empty. Nobody was in the drive-through. It’s an inconvenience to those that may have kids or may just want to take time from driving and sit inside and enjoy their meal. Saying you shut down the lobby due to the drive-through I believe is inconsiderate. By the way the customer service is awful.

Dude that took my order was so high his eyes were red as wendys hair, had to input my order 2 times and then as I’m waiting I see the manager cutting chicken tenders no gloves sneezed wiped his nose with a long wet streak going down his arm to hand and continued to cut the chicken for a salad and gave it to a customer yall are fudging disgusting Health department plz review they store footage or send inspector cause it bad here worse then the McDonald’s

Don’t come to Wendy’s at night , customer service is POOR. Staff are RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL. Smoking weed in the parking lot, there’s a couple there that works together and I’ve seen them numerous times displaying PDA . I went there last night and had to drive around the drive thru 3 TIMES because they kept making my food incorrectly. The big tall caucasian girl rolled her eyes at me because I asked for my food to be fresh! Don’t recommend .
