Burger was super soggy part of the order was missing. The service was helpful. The available dipping sauces were disappointing. I am up for new things however if you serve shrimp something that resembles normal dipping g sauce ie cocktail sauce or tarter would have been better.

Food was great and the blizzards are amazing as always. Service was great during ordering and afterwords. I believe that they needed one front counter person to tend to the costumers as they arrived. When they make a blizzard aren’t they supposed to turn it upside down in front of the customer? I remember that from the 80’s when they had a few restaurants around Alaska. I don’t believe that anyone should get in trouble. Just added awareness to the store for when customers arrive and are standing in line awaiting a crew member to greet them. I personally didn’t have to wait for a long time for food or service.

Ordered cheese curda was given onion rings. When I asked for it to be fixed the first person was polite and helpful. Then I heard her coworker or supervisor yelling at her “You can’t just give away free food, so what the person who ordered onion rings just wants cheese curds”. The other staff member stated no they said they ordered cheese curds and received onion rings. At this point I stepped in and the rude staff member argued with me about my order. In the end it was resolved. I won’t return to the one in Wasilla rude staff and dirty inside.

I think the owner is doing a good job, and the best that they can with the products that they sell, I like that they spend time trying to respond to people and the staff are nice. The food is probably a bit more for kids as an adult it’s not for us.

Very dirty smelling inside. Like the place needs a good cleaning. Service is very slow. My blizzard was only 3/4 full. My second blizzard was almost full. See picture. Very expensive for such a small amount. The bottom half of the blizzard wasn’t even mixed, just had vanilla ice cream in the bottom half.

I normally like this place we ordered a 6 piece chicken basket no toast ranch and cheese curds instead of fry’s,
They brought it out with toast forgot the water cup we paid for and the box had like 6 cheese curds in it. I think ima stay away for awhile

Went in on a whim that they hopefully had a cake I wanted already made. Thankfully they did and even added extra topping for me when I asked. Got my little one a kids meal last minute and they got that quickly and made one 4yo VERY happy. Pretty sure it was the manager that helped me for the most part, super nice, but to the helpful young lady that helped me with my online order as I was there, since that was the only was I could try their new dirt pie blizzard, thank you for your help as well. I’ll be back for another cake soon.
