We had our wedding reception and dinner at Uptown Bistro, and it was a wonderful experience. The space is beautiful and worked perfectly for our reception, photo stage setup, and special course meal—all in the same building.
Blanca, the manager, helped plan and coordinate everything and made the event run smoothly. Although Uptown Bistro normally operates as a luxury dine-in restaurant, with the right date and availability, Blanca can truly make it work as a special event venue. If you’re considering hosting an event here, definitely contact Blanca to check availability. Highly recommend!

This place is AMAZING! The food is so delicious I want to come back again soon! My seabass was perfectly cooked and pared well with all the sides. Lovely drinks, atmosphere and desserts! This place gets 10 stars!!!

We really wanted to like it! Every time we pass by we say how awesome that place looked and that it might be pretty good! It was pretty bad my husband got steak and eggs and I got avocado toast please see the pictures of the “6 oz ribeye”, the avocado toast had 3 mini slices .
Service was alright not bad not awesome just mid.
They definitely put heart and soul into making this place look nice which they did. The food is the only thing that needs to be better. We tried to compare the pictures we saw on yelp and other review pages and the look nothing like ours. It was $21 for the steak you couldn’t even eat.

We had lunch at Uptown Bistro in Myrtle Beach and were blown away! The food was absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service matched it perfectly—friendly, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. It’s rare to find a spot that nails both, but this place does. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. We’ll definitely be back!

Had a really nice brunch at Uptown Bistro! What a great atmosphere along with two really nice bars. Our classic bacon and egg breakfast with pancakes was amazing! Everything was cooked exactly as we asked for it with over easy eggs, crispy bacon, and the hash browns were the way hash browns should be… Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside! And the mimosas were only $5 and they were delicious. The AC is a bit too cold in there, but this is a great place and you need to give it a try!

First time, great place . Our server Sylvia was great. Ordered a Mediterranean Omelet and Eggs Benedict, coffee and cocktails were both good. Be back to try their dinner menu.

Do yourself a favor and try this establishment; you won’t be disappointed. The ambiance is exceptional, the customer service is top-notch, the cleanliness is impeccable, and the entrees, drinks, and desserts ordered were all phenomenal! I’m extremely disappointed that I can’t remember my waitress’s name because she was amazing. Blanca, thank you for your assistance!

We had a great lunch at Midtown Bistro in Myrtle Beach. We started with a round of drinks and got the Hugo Spritz, which was really refreshing. They brought us a complimentary appetizer, which was a nice surprise. For food, we ordered the Green and Blue Salad with strawberries and chicken, the waffles, the Reuben, the BLT, and the Classic Breakfast with a side of grits. Everything was fresh and delicious. The service was amazing. Super friendly and fast. We’ll definitely be coming back. This review is coming from a Local! Love this place .

Surprisingly elegant restaurant. We were dressed in shorts, so there must not be a dress code, but it definitely felt like that kind of place. Lots of very, very attentive and polite staff. Top level service. I had the tuna cooked rare and it was excellent. I asked for the loaded baked potato for a side, but it only had sour cream and a dab of butter. Not a huge deal. Waitress brought me some extra butter. I asked for a suoer spicy bloody mary. It was ok. Not spicy and a little weak. Wife got the chicken marsala, which could have fed a family of four. It was a ton of pasta. We were in town for vacation, but we would definitely go back there next time we in town. Really, really nice dining experience.

The food is great and I could give this place another try because it had such clean ingredients… if I can get over that the service was just awful!!!! Leo was probably the worst waiter I’ve ever had. We are non-drinkers and after reiterating this multiple times with him, AND having him check with the bar to see if it could be made virgin, my Bahama Mama came out alcoholic. Very disrespectful to find on my first sip. He kept watering down Pepsi and gaslighting my husband that it was ginger ale. Our salads came out with the main course after sitting around for a 1/2 hour after our appetizer. Then bread after our main course??? It was just a complete lack of basic attentiveness and courtesy a waiter should give your table.
The band is hard to hear over and the lights kept dimming to complete darkness. This is a hit or miss experience but you won’t get food poisoning.
