Absolutely amazing!!!!! Anybody that has ever made an empanada should be ashamed of them selves (jk) but frfr they are the best I’ve ever eaten and that says a lot from me cause I’ve been involved with the Spanish community since I was 15 and that includes mainly Mexican cuban and Puerto Rican and I’ve NEVER had an empanada like his and all of them plus he is a God send to our community especially the homeless and always says when asked how he is he replies “better than I deserve” so from the Lockhart community especially the homeless cause I am homeless just want to say thank you for being the bestest ever

This food truck is amazing. The shrimp Mofongo is delicious! It doesn’t have the pork rinds, which is great since I can’t eat them. The Mofongo is moist and the whole dish is flavorful. It comes either with the garlic based sauce or the tomato based sauce. I prefer the tomato based sauce since it still has garlic. The staff are extremely friendly. They are only open for a short time Tuesday thru Saturday. This makes it a little challenging to get there depending on your schedule. Saturday oftentimes isn’t the full menu. There isn’t seating. You can park near the food truck and order the food to go.

The chicken was great tasting.The salad was just some ice berg lettuce pieces with a chunk of tomato, so not really a salad, and the mofongo, was definitely missing flavor and seasoning and the most important part pork rinds. Also the elbeef empanadas are filled with more potato than actual beef.

Absolutely love the food at this place. I don’t even live here and I look forward to coming to Orlando just to get the empanadas and the pinchos and the staff is wonderful!!!!! Oh and don’t let me forget, the price is on point!!!

Wow! Mr. Mofongo hit our spot in freshness, quality, flavors, and presentation. Abigail, Jose & Miguel well professional staff. Know what a Boricua flavor we are talking about. The food was delicious, and plantains were soft, crispy, and well flavor. The neighbor Carlos beside them with grilled flavor chicken and pork Pinchos and, of course, the bread. Both are well recommended.

Small family owned and operated Puertorican spot. Great moist and flavorful Mofongo. And a decedent chicken and egg sandwich. Fresh Empanadillas and frituras. It was all mouth watering . If your in the area and want a taste of home, look no where else. This is the spot.

My neighbor brought lunch over from Mr. Mofongo and it was very good. It was fresh, not too greasy, made to order and a very large portion. Each plate comes with a mofongo base (plantain and potato), a side salad, sauce, mayo ketchup, garlic and your choice of protein. We had one with grilled chicken and the other with shrimp. 2 people can easily eat out of 1 meal or share. We tasted an alcapurria as well and that was good. If you are around the area, it is a good place to stop by or try good Puertorrican food.

Had mofongo relleno de camarones (stuffed with shrimp) and an empanada. All very authentic, making me feel like home. This is just a food truck with a couple covered tables, and I had to wait about 10 mins for.my food, but it was worth it!
