I come here at least once a week and I’m not sure was working tonight but I sat on hold for 30 min and when I finally pulled up there was no one inside and they were goofing off. I do not recognize the crew they have tonight but they’re NOT on top of things and that service was completely terrible. My order was taken by Amanda.

Orders over an hour ago for delivery. Still waiting for food. I drove to the store and was told that they canceled my order. Then when I said we ordered on the app they said oh then a mother delivery driver may have our order. Do you not know for sure? Won’t order with you again. And not sure if our food will be delivered.

Today was not a good day for the Pizza Hut at 5720 North Belt West in Belleville. They no longer have their own drivers, but use door dash instead. Ordered a two pizza deal with wings and sticks. Joshua with Door Dash delivered the pizzas I ordered for an office luncheon to the wrong address. Even though I typed in my full street address, Suite number and zip code. Joshua delivered it to the mobile home park behind the office bldg. Called Pizza Hut they agreed to replace the order. It was delivered to my office an hour later after all of my clients had to leave. However, instead of an extra beef pizza they delivered an extra sausage pizza. Their sausage tastes horrible that is why I always order beef. The supreme pizza, bread sticks and wings were fine. Waited on hold for 15 minutes to tell them the problem. They are now refunding my credit card in 3 days or so. Hoe they do better next time.

Looks like the 2 liter soda was thrown right on top of our pizza and the pizone we ordered. The sauce container was smashed and marinara was dropping out the sides and coverd everything in the box. My pizza toppings were smashed to one side of the box and didn’t even looked all the way cooked. My cheese topping had a weird texture and had to throw the other half away because the toppings smashed to one side made everything really soggy. I couldn’t get a pic of the pizone because i had to run and grab something so i could clean up the mess from the smashed sauce. But im sure i won’t be ordering from this location.
