Guy at counter was very nice. But, I asked for jalapeños on my pizza and another kid said absolutely no way. Like really. But, they have me a side so I put it in myself. My kids worked at little Ceasars. I know you can add toppings onto a pizza. Just bc you’re 18 doesnt mean you know how to do customer service very well lil man. Pizza was ok, would have been better if jalapeños were baked in pizza.

For the second time in a week or week and a half, our online order was messed up. I didn’t call the first time and complain. But when I called tonight as soon as I got through explaining what was wrong with the order, the phone line started breaking up and I got disconnected. I called back again and this time the young man the answered was trying to be real cute the way he was speaking to me. And he also told me that we had to bring the receipt in but we ordered online so there is no receipt to bring in and we are not driving back down there to return the pizzas. It’s never the cheaper pizza that’s messed up, it’s always the more expensive one. It’s bad enough to have your order messed up repeatedly but it would be nice to be spoken to respectfully when you call to report what was done incorrectly. Especially when you are being polite. I guess I’ll have to email corporate to get any satisfaction.

Food was mediocre. Hot, but not “good” and had to wait on a basic regular pepperoni pizza. Dude was semi nice to me but rude to the lady behind me asking for her cheese pizza to have extra cheese on it. Place was full of people, I know being busy is overwhelming but if you can’t handle it let someone else have your job that can!

Not sure who made this pizza but its like they forgot to cook it with the rest of the topping and just threw them on in the middle and only cooked it with the pepperoni. Did not feel comfortable going back in and saying something because I seen how rude they were being to everyone that came in and a manager saying he was not going to remake a pizza for a customer who called and complained about their pizza. Also as I sat there and waited for my pizza so many kept coming in for hot and ready pizzas and they didnt have any and told them it was going to be a 20 min wait they lost a lot of business people kept walking out. Little ceasars started as hot and ready thats what theyre known for they should always be on top of that. Also bad customer service when workers are yelling and heaving complaining every time another customer walks in the door.
Edit to add: visited again today and yet again they made a crappy pizza, super thin and hard and I didnt even order the thin crust… their answer was “that’s how its made and they cant help it”… that’s absolutely not how its made and the fact they still serve it to the customer when you can clearly see it didnt get made right. When People spend their hard earned money they expect to get exactly what they ordered. After arguing with them they agreed to remake it but in the process they continue to say its not their fault and how they arent even suppose to remake it. Then the blonde girl decided to be “smart” and come around the corner with a raw pizza with cheese and say does this look good to your liking before I put it in the oven. Needless to say all the workers are rude, disrespectful, and lazy including the manager. Im also not the first to say this just read the reviews…

Shout out to Bri and chance for the best customer service their always so polite and the pizza is always so fresh. Also shout out to the manger brandon for always helping out with customers and always making sure a customer leaves with a smile and great food. I will for sure be going back there to get me a pizza. Thank you! I am so amazed by the work you guys have done for this community. Also shout out to Matthew , Trevor, Latashia, Gracie and Aiden for being the best crew members there they are always the sweetest and I have never had a problem out of them. Keep up the good work you guys. Shout out to Nathan for always helping out for everyone at Little Creasers and making sure everyone leaves with a smile. He is also really good about making sure the food is fresh, hot and making sure the food is eatable. Thank you all for the amazing service
