This is the second time I’ve ordered from here and I don’t even know why I try because it is always bad. And they just keep throwing three pizzas at you when you have an issue. The first time the order took almost an hour to be delivered when they are located 10 minutes maximum from our location. So the food was cold and the pizza was dry. The second time we ordered an extra cheese pizza and there was no extra cheese. It was just a regular pie and there was no sauce whatsoever. Again dry.. And they swear that there was extra cheese when I’m looking at a pizza and there is no extra cheese and offered to take a photo and send it to them, but they declined and proposed a free pizza again. and the chicken is undercooked.

I ordered a pizza last night at 10:55 pm. I tried calling the store at 12:10 because it wasn’t delivered yet. I continued to track the order and it never left the “making” process. I then waited until I fell asleep on the couch waiting for the delivery. I woke up this morning and my ring doorbell gave me a notification that someone was at the door @1:14 am. I went to look and the pizza was on the ground with no receipt covered by ants from the night. Very disappointed in this transaction and definitely will be using different locations.

Just passing through town and was very happy I stopped here. Ordering on the app was very easy. When I arrived my order was ready. The woman was very friendly and I was in and out quickly. Pizza was very good as usual for Domino’s. I appreciated having plenty of parking for my large vehicle.

They delivered my Pizza. It was thrown in a box. Looks like it has been in the refrigerator for a week, and all they’re willing to do is make me wait another hour and a 1/2 to get the same Pizza. This is a bad place and a bad manager. I feel I should be top priority since I’ve already waited and paid. But I’m not high on their list. Because they know all the other pizzas, probably just as bad as this one.

Tried placing a carryout order on Thursday night, Jan 1st through the mobile app. The App was acting strangely and i was unsure if the order had properly went through. Made a phone call to verify if they had received it and had a very odd experience where the man on the phone continuously stated in a sarcastic tone “Joshua, I’m sorry… We’re just so busy it’d be impossible to check if we have your order…” They advised once as well to check if i had gotten a confirmation email. The man stayed on the phone repeating how busy they were until i hung up. Checked for the confirmation where it showed the order had went through, but then was cancelled on their end . Attempted afterwards to place a carryout on the website, which stated a low carryout time of about fifteen minutes. On the final page technical issues on the site said there was a problem and the order could not be placed. Seems to me that whoever was working had figured out how to disconnect from the store computer, cancel orders and didn’t feel like working. Otherwise, this was usually a great Domino’s. Thankfully there are many other pizza places but this was just a bizarre experience

just wanna complain the last order I placed ,I got pizza, wings garlic bread bites. It took a while to get here and my pizza was very cold. The wings were not done. The garlic knots were OK.
No, this is the second order that I’ve gotten since I’ve been in Ocala from Pompano the last one that I received before this one took 2 1/2 hours the same thing the pizza was cold .not happy. when you spend $30 on pizza, I know it’s not a whole lot but that strike 2. I really don’t know if I wanna waste another 30,or 40 bucks.
Anyways, just wanted to get that out there I went on the app and I complained with customer service. Never got an email back a phone call or anything that was very aggravating as well. I tried calling the store. I got put on hold twice and I got hung up on two different times, so definitely very aggravated with that Ocala dominoes on 200.

I ordered pizza about 2 hours ago to your store number 4923 and talked to a young lady and asked if you delivered to my address and they said yes. I gave them my order and they took my money. Then waited 2 hours stating they called me 7 times and I never received not one call. I then talked to Tristan about the order and he would not state or tell me anything or help me for they screw up. This is highly unprofessional and rude. If they did not deliver to my house they could have said that from the beginning but waited 2 hours to hear nothing from them and I probably would have been waiting still if I did not call to see what was going on.

So I would give this store a 5 only if the people who worked morning worked the night shift. I usually go to this dominoes in the afternoon noon well I just went there flthis morning and I was actually given a large pizza in stead of a medium with my 50 percent off this time and I wasn’t presured to tip the guy actually gave me my food before I paid but the nightbshift holds the pizza until you put a tip in, and I’m not kidding. The guy did it twice so far so I will say hands down the taste a quality of the pizza is way better in the morning!! Thank you soo much and sorry I wasn’t able to tip today, been having it hard and the 50 percent off couple really saves

I ordered a pasta bowl from Domino’s in Ocala and I honestly couldn’t believe what I got. There was no cheese, barely any sauce, and what little sauce there was tasted like plain tomato paste. That’s not an exaggeration. It looked sad and tasted worse. No flavor, no care, nothing like what I expected.
This wasn’t just disappointing, it was insulting. I’ve never seen a national chain serve something like that. It felt like they just didn’t care. What a robbery that was.
