I ordered a pizza for delivery. The person that answered the phone I believe their name was Zane. I had to tell him 5 times what toppings. He didn’t ask what type of crust I wanted I had to ask him the options and basically drag it out of him. A medium hand tossed 4 topping pizza and a 20oz soda totaled $29. Before he hangs up he wishes me a Merry Christmas. It is 12/30. I recieve the pizza and it is wrong. He put bacon instead of Canadian bacon aka ham. I call and speak to the manager. He tells me he can re-make the order. I say ok. I get that pizza and IT IS WRONG ALSO. My toppings were supposed to be Canadian bacon, mushroom, onion, and hamburger. The remade one only has 3 toppings. It was missing the onions. Even the pizzas themselves look different due to one being almost burnt and one baked correctly. I mean how hard is it to take an order and fill it correctly AFTER 2 tries ??? Not impressed with this location.

I seem to always order the same and its always hot and fresh. I do carry out and the last few times the same lady has helped me. She is very polite, friendly and courteous. As soon as I open the door her and another gentleman always greet you with a hi and we’ll be right with you if busy otherwise they attend to you. Not alot of places do that anymore. Great to still see it here of all places. I love pizza and Pizza Hut is my #1.

I go out of my way to come to this location when Tony is working if he’s not there I stay away the quality and consistency is not the same he is the only reason the place gets 5 stars otherwise it would be 2stars

Ordered Vitos down the road. It was ready in 15 minutes. Ha!

This is insane , I’ve been living down the street and this was my first time ordering from this place. Definitely will be the last, with the short experience I had its obvious the employees dont care. I’’m hoping this is not a Corporate location. I have been working in retail customer service for 26 years. I got off of work and placed a pick up order and requested to pay in store. I’m glad I did because it was easy for me to walk in, not even be acknowledged by the young employee standing right in front of the door prepping the orders. I thought he was the only one there but then noticed on the side of my eye someone peek from the right side and still wasnt acknowledged. The employee did not have gloves on , which I was under the impression that they did. Then he walked towards me which I thought the right thing to do was to greet me and he still didnt ! Then he appeared to be chewing on an object that from my point of view looked like a dental floss or something similar. So I just walked out and I hope whoever ate the hut box , enjoyed it. I miss the Pizza hut they delivered in the 90s , I’ll just still to Dominoes.

Order took almost 50 min, and they forgot to give me my chocolate chip cookie. I had to drive back to the store to let them know to receive a refund. By the time we ate one of my Pizzas was bit cold. No the best experience for being a 1st time customer of Pizza Hut.
