I clearly asked for my food to be served for dine-in, yet it was carelessly packed in a to-go container anyway. When I politely asked for it to be corrected and served in a dish bowl, my request was outright refused. Instead of fixing a simple mistake, I was dismissed and treated like my request didn’t matter at all.
Miso soup is HORRIBLE!!!
This was some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. There was no accountability, no effort to correct the issue, and absolutely no respect for a paying customer. It felt rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.
I will NEVER return. I will also be sharing this experience on Google, Yelp, and anywhere else I can to make sure others are aware. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that actually values its customers.

This place is the best in the whole food court! The rolls were delicious, ate them so fast, that I forgot to take a photo. The ramen soup was the very tasty! The size of a soup was ginormic. I wish they could have a spot in Brooklyn.

Ordered soy eel with rice for takeout, I didn’t check the bag since the cashier person double check the order to me upon payment. When I get home, it’s another chicken day for me ugh, so disappointing, I was craving for soy eel for days, only to be served with chicken.
