Employee, with no uniform or name tag came up to us, regarding our service animal we had in a carrier no where near other people or food. Just drove 3 hours to this area, just stopped to grab my son food and leave in the store less than 20 minutes, employee continued to misgender my 2 year old son that was clearly dressed as a boy and she was corrected multiple times by me and my friend. Told her I would just take a refund I didn’t want to give them my business, she said no you didn’t comply and leave so you can take your food and leave.
Employee wasn’t even nice or understanding at all. Unprofessional and saying she would bring my child to me and take him from my friend, as if my child was going to go with a complete stranger, that we didn’t even know if it was actually employee or not.
Matter of fact half of the employees weren’t in uniforms wearing construction and street clothes and causing a scene more than what it needed to be.
If someone would have came up to us and asked politely it would have been different but the way we were spoken to was absolutely absurd. Staff very unprofessional and speaking about us to everyone very loudly, when no one else was bothered or upset.
Not only that it wasn’t like the animal was out in the open, running around. It was in a carrier not anywhere near anyone else and as a service animal there is to be no questions asked.
Maybe you should be more concerned about the operation and employees you have preparing food and wear proper uniform and name tags, talk about safety and health concerns.
Not only that we live three hours aways very minimal chance we would ever be customers again.

My friends and I were just kicked out of this mcdonalds by manager Tory. We are the cast and crew of our school play and went to get food after our performance. Everyone ordered food and while we waited we played a game on our phones. We were laughing and generally enjoying our time waiting when the manager yelled from the front counter that “he was done and we needed to leave” half of us hadn’t recieved our meals yet. The store was completely empty other than the students so our noise wasn’t disrupting other customers. Overall very frustrated by this experience.

Fries were cold, Big Mac was tasteless only the Mac sauce was decent. For one meal I was told to pull forward and waited about 5 minutes. I paid over 10 bucks for food that didn’t taste good, and took way to long receive.

Last 3 times i tried going here they messed up my order and would not fix it even offered to pay for it for my child. Sandwhich was so sloppy. Management is so rude and always acts as if employees dont mess up. The bigger manager laughs in your face very childish.

The guy taking our order was not interested in taking our order. Seemed like he was half asleep, was leaning against the wall.
Had grubby old jeans on.
Bring back the uniform clothes like it used to be. At least look somewhat professional.

We did the drive through and when asked for salt and pepper, the bag was half full of the salt and pepper. As you can clearly see, they gave us enough for the next year! It filled the car’s council place under the dash of our car. Hahaha!

The only reason we still go to this mcdonalds is because we don’t wanna drive to platteville when we need a quick dinner.
Everytime we order burgers they are put together like the picture above making it extremely hard to eat without having to first rebuild the burger.

The kiosk was open upon my arrival, no one was at the counter. While there the manager told another customer to let her know so the kiosk could be shut down to stop allowing breakfast orders.
