Tried because saw that it had 4.4 reviews on Google. So we had high expectations. I got a small oxtail meal. My husnagy got curry and jerk chicken. Everything came with cabbage, plantains, rice, and peas. The sides were bad, the cabbage had no flavor and there were no other veggies. The plantains weren’t cooked long enough, they still had a hardness to them. The rice and peas were bland, I didn’t even taste the coconut milk. I like my jerk chicken sweet and spicy, this was just spicy and that flavor was okay. He didn’t care for it and jerk is his favorite, he doesn’t like sweet. The oxtails were five very small ones. They were good but I feel they need to give more. The curry chicken had the best flavor, but he didn’t like how they chopped the bones up. I wasn’t impressed at all.

Seems like a family owned restaraunt with a laid back atmosphere and really good authentic food.
I had the jerk wings and they were good, fall off the bone, wings. The cabbage and plaintain were both perfect! The rice and peas were pretty good too but basic.

The cocktails were really good too. I just wish they were a little bigger. I posted a pic for a visual.

I’d definitley come back though.

Listen here, this food is is soooo good! We ordered the jerk shrimp pasta, the jerk chicken combo, and a side of Mac and cheese. First bite of everything I fell in love. My partner is a Chef de Cuisine and is pretty particular when it comes to food, he loved EVERYTHING! The atmosphere is nice ans welcoming, and the customer service was top notch! I live an hour away and will certainly drive that hour to come here for this experience again.

If you’re looking for amazing food, great ambiance, and top-tier service — this is the place. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The staff was attentive without being overbearing, and every recommendation they made was spot on.

The food? Absolutely delicious. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can tell they care about quality and consistency. Each bite was worth savoring.

The jerk chicken and turkey chops are my favorite!

They sold stale and old corn bread to me. The corn bread didn’t even hold its shape when I bit into it. It all turned into loose crumbs. This place is a hit or miss. Sometimes food is decent but sometimes waste of your money. So it is not consistent. So you are basically taking a gamble. See photos!

The food here has authentic Caribbean flavors that truly take you back to the islands! Every dish is full of rich, original taste and perfectly seasoned. It’s always a pleasure to visit and be greeted with a warm, friendly smile — you can feel the genuine hospitality as soon as you walk in. Definitely one of my favorite spots for delicious Jamaican food and great vibes!

Stopped by Easter Sunday, service was fast courteous and food was amazingly delicious, the price reflects current inflation effects, just peak at prices of raw oxtail in the store. Delicious food and the atmosphere was on point. Went back and food still consistently great, nice lady at the register and kitchen. Felt welcomed and appreciated.

The first time I visited this establishment, I dined in. The food was delicious, but the service was just okay. I decided to give it another try last night. My date and I arrived at 8:00 p.m.; they close at 9:00 p.m.

When we arrived, the young lady asked if we were dining in. My date replied yes, and it immediately felt as though our presence an hour before closing was an inconvenience. She rolled her eyes, did not smile, and failed to properly welcome us. In hindsight, we should have turned around and left at that moment.

I work in customer service, and I firmly believe good service is crucial—especially with so much competition. No customer should feel like they’re paying to be treated rudely. When she finally came to take our order, she later returned to tell us—not ask—that our food would be placed in to-go containers. Her tone and approach were extremely off-putting.

At that point, I decided I would not return. If the owner happens to read this review, you may not be concerned about losing one customer, but keeping someone on your team with this type of attitude can quickly turn one lost customer into many. Social media is powerful, and word of mouth matters.

Clean and welcoming. They have a nice selection of liquor with a small bar near the kitchen, a good amount of seating via table and booths and a small area outside. Had the oxtails and the jerk chicken. The oxtails had good flavor but were tough and not much meat. The chicken and rice had great flavor and was tender. The small portion is still quite a bit of food. We dined in early in the day and everything tasted fresh. Will be back for the food but would recommend the juice/smoothie drinks. They didn’t taste natural and an artificial taste.
