Great food! Willing to make substitutions – black pepper tofu is excellent. Lunch menu is a great value – comes with ice cream. Customer service is fantastic. The owners are very personal and dedicated. Service is quick, portions are good, and the restaurant is always very clean. We highly recommend Ming House.

Ming House is absolutely awesome! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted so kindly and she told us we can sit down while we decide to get our food, not rushing us at all. Upon taking our orders she explained the menu really well and was very pleasant. We arrived at around 9:20 ish and the place closes at 10:00 but they still made an effort to make our food with care. As we were waiting, my friends and I were served a little snack. Absolutely so sweet and execellenr service. You can tell they truly care about their guests!! Highly recommended!!

Not my first time here, but first time to review. Such a lunch spot hidden gem here in Auburn. Food is generously portioned and always brought to the table hot. Tastes are excellent and, for the money, this place is hard to beat. I had a lunch special which included egg drop soup with wonton on the side and black pepper shrimp with fried rice. Very tasty! The service is quick and extra friendly. All this for just $9.81 after tax and before tip!!

I absolutely adore this restaurant and the sweet staff who work here. I went to celebrate my birthday here and had the most wonderful time. The food was so delicious and the atmosphere was so comfortable. The sweet lady who works here is so sweet and helped me celebrate my birthday with a cake, a darling gift, and by singing with my friends happy birthday to me. Please show some love to the people who work here and their lovely restaurant.

My 4 year old wanted “rice and noodles” for his birthday dinner and we couldn’t have picked a better place! Without knowing it was a celebration, they brought out free appetizers for us to enjoy while we waited. After dinner, we even got icecream. When he said it was his birthday, they brought him a box of hot donuts. The food was delicious but the service made it a memorable Tuesday night birthday celebration! My husband and I used to always pick Ming for our date nights (14 years ago) and now, we continue the tradition with our kids ❤️

The food is so fresh and the best version of Chinese food I’ve had since moving to Alabama. It’s delicious, the service was lovely, I want to go back and try more. The pork foo yung is great, especially the gravy. Mongolian beef was delightful. Crab rangoons tasted excellent. The fried rice is excellent. Next time I’d like to try their hot and sour soup and more chicken dishes. I was given a coca cola and small appetizer while I waited for my take out order. Very sweet people 🙂

Sp4 hot and sour soup. Best I’ve had in a while.
Cb2 pepper steak. Great flavour and cooked wonderfully.
Sc3– teriyaki chicken and Tso chicken. Both were well seasoned and not jerky.
Overall—a great experience and we will be making it a regular choice!!

Ming House is easily my favorite Chinese restaurant in Auburn! I have never had a bad experience and have been here many times. Service is always very friendly and fast. I was even given an appetizer while I waited on my take out order to be ready. If you’re thinking about coming here, do it!

Amazing hidden treasure. Server/cashier/hostess was friendly, courteous and extremely polite. Cook could not speak English but focused on food prep. Delishously prepared. 5* meal.
