Stopped in for a bucket of Lickers after work. They were as good or better than expected (they didn’t skimp on the sauce). The lady at the counter provided great service….I gave a lower review for service as I tried to call in my order to pick up and no one answered. As I sat waiting 15 minutes for my order, I heard one worker tell another ” the phone is ringing” to which he responded “It will keep ringing, I’m not going to answer it!!” Also watched several orders placed after mine going out before I got mine. Shortly before receiving my order I heard the same guy say “Oh shit, I forgot about that bucket”. Overall good experience and good food, though apparently unless staff changes are made, use an app to order and don’t expect it to be ready when you arrive to pick it up.

Pretty good food, but being that it is a college campus, this is going to get its fair share of busy surges. During those times, it will be hit or miss whether or not things will be done in less than 10 minutes, which is understandable. They have plenty of chairs, I can wait. I went one time and stood in the line with several other people, and the person working the POS didn’t even so much as look our way. For 30 minutes. Needless to say, that line cleared out. Guess I’ll just grubhub it.

Communication during order was horrible. Was told wait would be 30-45 minutes, I had to call them an hour plus in just for an update. Doesn’t help the delivery guy didn’t even call me when he was at my building, so he left with my order. This should be a 1 star review if it wasn’t for the great manager at the establishment. He was as nice as could be and gave us our order for free. Got the wings finally an hour and 45 minutes later. Satisfied with the wings as always, customer service defiantly needs to be improved in the near future.

I think the food here is great when it’s done well, but I’ve had occasions where my food just came out and some of the chicken was already cold. I’ve also had issues with waiting a long time to get my food at night when only a few other people were in front of my order. I do love the mild wings though.

Wings are very expensive and often come with little sauce on them and can be dry. I have even asked for them “wet’ only to receive overcooked wings.

I was there for a campus visit with my daughter. No one was around, 1 hr before closing, and the staff was still polite and courteous. Oh and the wings were great, must be the sauce!!!

The lady that took my order, super nice, but the lady that was calling your order, she shouldn’t be working there, I simply asked if she called my ordered, and she gave me a attitude saying I’ll call your order, I don’t know who her name was, but if your seeing this, you know who you are, food is great and all, but that one lady ruined it all.
