While the staff were nice and the place was generally clean the food was marginal. The deluxe chicken sandwich was very thin with a weird texture and little flavor. The soda seemed off flavor. Maybe because the soda machine was old and rusty. In addition all the windows were covered over due to construction. The wait was a bit long. 15 minutes as we were the only customers in the dining area. BK. You can do better.

I visited this location this evening to pick up a quick meal for my family at home. Upon entering, I found no other customers in the order area, yet I experienced a significant delay before my order was taken. I observed at least three drive-through customers receive their orders while I waited.
I timed the wait just to place my order at over five minutes. The total time spent in the restaurant was excessive for a fast-food establishment. This lengthy wait prompted me to look at this location’s online reviews, where I noticed a recurring pattern of unaddressed customer concerns.
This apparent lack of management oversight was reflected in the restaurant’s condition, which was in need of cleaning, and in the performance of the staff, who appeared to require additional training on the management side. My final bill was $29, a price that did not feel justified given the poor service and overall experience.
Regrettably, this will be our family’s final visit to this location. I would invite management or corporate representatives to verify the events of this evening by reviewing their security camera footage. While I am open to discussing this further, the lack of response to previous customer feedback suggests this may not be a priority.

The Chicken sandwich craze is spreading. Burger King dont match up to others. Not worth $4.99 , other places charge 3.99 and there on fire. I took photos of the sandwich from wrapper to the top off.

Fast food is supposed to be fast! No reason you’re late to work because you’re stuck in a line that hasn’t moved in 25 minutes and leave without any food because you have to get back to work! Completely unacceptable!

Went through the drive through had to wait probably 5 minutes at the Order board before someone actually took our order than had to wait another 15 minutes in line with only 1 car in front of this. Do not go to this restaurant because this experience is completely unacceptable

The Lady at the register was unbelievably awesome. She gets 5 stars. It was the day after the water main broke and most places were closed. It was lunch time but there was only a couple people there. I ordered the new King sandwich on sourdough. When I got home I opened the wrapping and all I seen was bread and meat. I took it completely apart and I had a squirt of cheese, 3 sauteed onions and 2 pieces of meat. The sandwich was so bland and dry that I had to down water just to swallow it. And it had zero flavor. None. I’ve never tasted anything so flavorless. The thing cost like 6.89 before tax and it wasn’t even worth it. So needless to say I won’t be going back. There was no reason for them to slap my sandwich together like that.

No issues making my order, woman was friendly, but my burger was cold as hell and I ordered a spicy crispy chicken and got a plain rubbery chicken. Way too much salt on the french fries and for me to say that is saying something. No care in assembling or preparing anything.
