We came for dinner and paid for dinner, But the Blatant disrespect was not warranted. I’ve had my fill with this location. All I ask for was fresh chicken that was reasonably hot and visibly appetizing.
The manager was also highly unprofessional in the way they handled other customers. I personally witnessed them telling another frustrated customer that they could either get their food or a partial refund, but not a full refund, despite the long delay. The situation escalated to the point where the manager called the police on the customer simply because they were upset after waiting over 30 minutes without receiving their order. This was an unnecessary and excessive response that made the environment uncomfortable for everyone in the restaurant.
Multiple customers ended up leaving before receiving their food because of the extremely long wait times. Shockingly, their orders were not even ready until 30–60 minutes after they had already left. The only compensation offered to customers was a free drink worth about $2, which is completely inadequate given the circumstances. Nearly every customer in the restaurant was complaining about how long the wait was, and it was clear the situation was poorly managed.
Overall, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, excessive wait times, and refusal to properly resolve issues is unacceptable. This location clearly needs better management that knows how to handle customers respectfully and run the restaurant efficiently. I strongly recommend that corporate address these issues and replace the current manager with someone capable of managing the restaurant properly.
Polite drive through gal.
I live 4 miles from this location and when I got home Open up my sandwich to inspect as I do with take out.
The chicken sandwich has been sitting under the heat lamp too long. It had a different colored crust to it and was a bit like rubber.
I was hesitant going in as there wasn’t anyone in the drive through. The Taco Bell next door was poppin.
I went ahead and gave it a shot but unfortunately it didn’t pan out and the food had been sitting under the heat lamp too long.
Careful. Don’t let food just sit under the lamp. There are times for a reason. just keep one piece at perfect temp if waste is an issue during a slow or break in customers. Or, better yet, let the customer know it will take about 4 minutes on that chicken. A fresh piece nice and hot is better than rubber.
Mashed potatoes’s gravy has huge lumps, at least I hope they are lumps. One is huge!
Someone contact me please.
The person running the store handled it poorly. They argued with customers, refused to give proper refunds, and even called the police on someone who was upset about the delay. Offering a cheap drink as the only apology was a joke.
This location is being run into the ground. It needs new leadership.
