I don’t give 1 star reviews lightly. But in this case it’s warranted. Ordered 2 salads and a sweet tea. They collected our condiments and utensils for 2 salads and after a 10 minute wait they called my name. I didn’t receive a receipt. But there was only 1 salad in the bag. After a few minutes I finally got someone’s attention to make them aware that I was missing a salad. The lady had to go to the back and re-print a receipt and proceeded to give me the business like I was trying to cheat them. The cashier even said I ordered 2 salads. So I paid for another hoping I wasn’t double charged. Of course when I tried to get a refill of my sweet tea they completely ignored me. Just would not acknowledge my presence. Another customer that was a mall employee said they don’t like giving refills so they ignore you. I would skip this location.

The drive thru was a delightful experience! The gentlemen passing the food was so fun that I want to come back just to joke with him! Also, our food was tasty and fresh!

Totally unprepared for 12 noon rush. Waited over 30 min to get my order. Older lady was frantically trying to fill bags, while 2 younger ladies stood an watched . Staff was apologetic and nice. Food was hot and alwsys good

Terrible service. All they do is play while you stand in line for forever. Eventually left the line because they were taking so long. The guy in the back was too busy chatting with the girls up front to care. Could use some customer service skills from across the street at the other location.

I waited 20 minutes for 3 kids meals just for me to get told they don’t have mac and cheese and they only had fries?! After that I was outside the mall i look at my bag no chicken nuggets. They didn’t even give me a refund for the fries because mac and cheese is more than fries price wise?! Don’t waste your time there just go to the one across!
