Joe’s Pizza is hands down one of my favorite pizza spots. The pizza is always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked with just the right balance of sauce, cheese, and crust. You can really tell they use quality ingredients. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the vibe is welcoming whether you’re grabbing a quick slice or ordering for a group. The panazorottis were honestly so good! Baked to perfection, stuffed, fresh, and exactly what we were craving. Too bad the customer service made the entire experience mediocre.
To start, the person taking my order had me repeat my order and my address FIVE times, which already didn’t inspire confidence. It’s like she wasn’t listening to me speaking clearly at all. Then I was told delivery would take 1 hour… and it showed up an hour and a half later.
Delays happen, I get it. But what I don’t get is why the store couldn’t bother to update me. I only found out the driver had car trouble and got pulled over because I called to chase an update myself. That’s not customer service… that’s me doing your job for you.
At the very least, the delivery fee should’ve been waived. Great food, but the lack of organization and communication completely ruined it.

Ordered 10 mild, 10 medium wings, pizza and garlic bread. Wings had same sauce on both which was pizza sauce 80% mixed with bbq sauce other 20%. It tasted just like pizza sauce…you could see the green flecks of parsley or whatever is in a sauce like you would buy at a grocery store. Garlic bread is just a big hot dog bun with butter and some garlic. We called to discuss this with the store….as well as the fact that the two boxes were not marked for their respective sauces. Owner claimed it was all done right. Well….here are the pics…found some marking on one box indicating mild….but both sauces were exactly the same. It’s been years since I’ve had food and service this bad. Owner was absolutely difficult to work with and unwilling to admit to their mistake. We didn’t want anything…just wanted to give her our experience. Do yourself a favor if you are craving wings from here….go to bed hungry.

We moved to Georgetown 2 years ago. Tried other pizza but Joe was right. His pizza is great and we only ever go to this pizza place now. The sauce is mild, the pizza is fluffy. I hate thin, soggy pizza so I wouldn’t go here if it was that. They give you a good amount of toppings. The delivery is cheap and they even offer a discount if you pay etransfer. The delivery drivers are kind. The person on the phone is so-so not overly friendly but not rude but did hang up before I was done asking questions. Plenty of parking if you go to pick up , but not a place to sit down to stay and eat. Yummy pizza

I’ve ordered many pizzas from Joes, I’ve been very happy with the taste and knowing I got a fresh hot pizza. This time, no good.. Over the phone I was told 20 minutes, I got there in 15, I was surprised that the pizza was ready and waiting on top of the oven. When I got home, it wasn’t hot. In fact it was barely warm. It’s obvious I got someone else’s pizza and he got my fresh hot one. I’m gonna have to open the box up next time. I’m very disappointed didn’t taste nearly as I’d remembered and basically left a bad taste in my mouth. Gonna give him one more chance.
