I love the food at this place. But I just paid $4.20 for a small scoop of guacamole. $4.20 for 2 Tablespoons of guacamole. Outrageous! And I ordered chips and salsa, the salsa is 2 in a 2 oz container…not even enough for all the chips to have salsa on them…get this: the chips and salsa together were the same price as my 2 Tablespoons of guacamole! Another ridiculously priced item: cup of green chile $6.30 for approx 6 oz.

Decent food but so incredibly expensive for what it is. Premade margaritas- more mix than tequila cost 15 dollars a side of jalepeno sauce 6 dollars. This is semi decent Mexican food and for 3 adults to eat was 130 dollars.

One of the better Mexican restaurants I’ve had lately in the area. Chips and salsa were really good and you can tell they were homemade. Good options for kids and the main entrees were great! Also had a margarita and it hit the spot. Coming back with friends as soon as possible.

Enjoyed this restaurant FAR more than I was expecting. We wanted a locally owned place to get dinner with would food and they exceeded expectations. The carne asada was perfectly cooked and the carnitas were EXCELLENT. On top of all that, very good margaritas.
And, AND the salsa was balanced, spicy, and so flavorful.
This place is 100% going to be in our restaurant rotation now. YUM.

Two of us shared 2-combination fajitas and a bowl of chicken tortilla soup. The dishes smelled aromatic and tasted flavorful and delicious.
The restaurant was clean. Service was friendly and fast.

Avoid this place… I am so disappointed… First time ever coming here, and it will be the last for sure… The food is not that great, and the service is 3 out 10… Just bad…
I placed an oder to go for Asada Fries, which consists of steak, fries, cheese, guacamole, and sour cream and salsa.
I’ve ordered this same dish at other restaurants, so i have multiple experiences to compare it to.
It’s overpriced, smaller size and on top of that they up charge you for everything… What should have been a $13.00 dish. I ended up paying $21+, and I couldn’t even get salsa without them trying to upcharge me for that, too. When I asked to speak to the manager, the girl just srugged her shoulders and said, “That’s what they charge.” I decided to just leave it as it is, but I will not be coming back…

Have tried it twice since it opened (recently) and both times we were very, very pleased! Mexican food like I make myself but when we’re pressed for time, it’s good to know we can stop here on our travel down the mountain and get some good, authentic fare! The service is so friendly too! **The Burrito Grande had to weigh close to 2 lbs, because my husband, a hearty eater could only eat half and he’s a big man~ what we took home easily weighed 1 lb! (no joke!)
