made a mobile order today at around 2:30 pm at the Dunkin’ at Ben Gilman way.
My husband walks in to pickup our order up and notices the coffees are iced. He then told the associate that we had ordered our coffees hot. She then responded with an attitude and said “yes you did” my husband then told her again and her response was the same. I then come into the Dunkin and attempt to explain to the associate that our coffees were supposed to be hot. She was absolutely obnoxious. She then said they do not make it hot. I told her that I had been there earlier in the week and had the coffee hot. She then responded it the most disrespectful way and I quote “no you didn’t” I then said” yes I did”. This went on back and forth for a bit. We then asked again if she could make the coffee hot . Once again she responded in an extremely crude manner. At this point we request a refund, which she said she couldn’t do because there was no manager. She then stated we should come talk to the manager tomorrow. At this point the other female associate begins to yell at us and begins to come forward aggressively. My husband had to put his hand between myself and the coworker because he thought she was attempting to become physical. Needless to say both women were extremely aggressive and discourteous. At this point antother worker comes to intervene. He was the only one that had some common sense and explained how to fix the situation and give us our coffee hot. I am appalled by the manner these two women behaved over coffee and how we were treated as paying customers. I will never go to any Dunkin ever again and I will make sure I let others know. It is evident that these two women should not be working where it is necessary to interact with the public.

I’ve been going to this Dunkin for about 17 years! They’re have a high turnover of staff, but the core staff makes things run as smoothly as they can during rush hours. Food and drinks are good. The line at the drive thru can get a little long in the mornings. Truckers off the highway need to park at Lowe’s and walk over. Their parking lot is small and it’s cut in half by the drive thru line, which makes it impossible to get out of during rush hours.

The two young ladies can use training on customer service. No greeting, no response after thank you and it wasn’t busy so there was time to implement great customer service but that opportunity wasn’t taken. The 211 location is busier but has been known to be more efficient.

This morning I faced poor service while waiting patiently to order. A young lady with a drive thru headset was trying to fix a connection where the register was. Meanwhile her coworker stood there & ignored me. After waiting like 15 minutes the same person with the headset realized they lost my ticket & order. For those at Duncan Donuts Headquarters this is poor service. You never know who’s checking. Maybe you should pay that location a visit. It’s a very high traffic location. Get workers who are quicker & reliable

This is by far my favorite Dunkin in the area, I go almost every day before work. I order in advance and my stuff is almost always ready when I walk in with no issues, despite being such a busy location! Everything always tastes great, and the employees are always so kind and go so above and beyond for the customers! I appreciate how fast & efficient this location is despite being so busy, and appreciate the care all of the employees put into their work! <3
