This place has officially become one of my go-to spots. My favorites are the Spicy Jiro Ramen, Fried Oyster, and Curry with Tonkatsu. Everything is just so delicious, and honestly, it’s my favorite ramen restaurant by far. The servers are incredibly friendly, and every visit has such a cozy, welcoming vibe. If you haven’t been yet, I absolutely highly recommend checking it out!

Found this local spot when looking for Japanese comfort food. After reading their website, knew we had to swing by.

Staff immediately sat us down, a table for 2 at 5pm on a Friday evening. We had the takoyaki as an appetizer, sizzling hot and SO flavorful. My partner ordered the double cheese pork katsu curry and I ordered the pork katsudon with miso. The curry was aromatic, flavorful, cheesy and well balanced with the crispy katsu. It was my first time trying katsudon and will definitely be back for more. The umami flavor was addictive.

It was nice seeing the owner active in the restaurant, and all of the staff acknowledge every single guest who walked in!

Cannot recommend this local restaurant enough. My partner and I are very lucky to be locals and look forward to becoming regulars! Thank you!

We arrived around 5:30 PM on a Saturday to a completely packed house, which felt like a promising start. Hearing so much Japanese spoken among both the staff and the guests added to the sense that we were in for something authentic.

Even though the ramen gets all the hype, I couldn’t pass up the omurice curry since it’s not something you find often in DFW. The chicken karaage curry omurice did not disappoint. I ordered the spicy version, though it could have used some more heat. The karaage was seasoned beautifully and incredibly tender.

I’m already looking forward to coming back to try the ramen next time!

Stopped by for dinner and everything was excellent. The ramen was rich and comforting, the curry was full of deep flavor, and you can tell the food is made with care. Service was solid and the overall experience was great. Always happy to support local spots that are doing things the right way. Definitely worth a visit.

Despite the busy Friday night, our food came surprisingly fast and the wait staff provided great service. Very reasonably priced. Unfortunately the taste of the foods didn’t meet my expectations. While the presentations were promising, the flavors lacked the authenticity a little.

Moriya’s homemade curry is soooooo good. It absolutely hits the spot for me every time… rich, comforting, and packed with deep umami flavor. And their frothy tonkotsu broth is so unique too… creamy, flavorful, and just delicious. Beware that seating is limited and service can be slow at peak hours.

Amazing, TOP notch service! HUGE shout out to Eric, gave great suggestions, very attentive and made my wife and I’s evening even more memorable. BIG HUGE EXTRA shout out to Tadashi who can make AMAZING RAMEN AND CURRY. First off this Ramen Does Not Mess around. Everything about it is fantastic I usually go for the garlic or regular Tonkotsu Ramen. The love of my life loves omurice, guess what this place has the best omurice beef curry this side of the pacific and further west until you hit the next mainland. They don’t mess around! Look if you want an epic night with a full belly full of flavor THIS IS THE PLACE. Stop whatcha doing already with wimpy ramen joint and go here for RAMEN & CURRY THAT DOESNT SKIP LEG DAY!

No wait for a table for 2 on a weeknight. I ordered the (shin) Jiro style ramen and it did not disappoint. Brightly colored spicy broth on wavy noodles. On top is a mountain of bean sprouts and cabbage with 2 thin slices of cashu. If you love bean sprouts and spicy ramen, this is the dish for you.

First time trying this place. Friendly staff, clean and nice decor. Super delicious food — we had the tonkatsu ramen and my husband got spicy tonkatsu with the pork on the lunch specials. I’ve never been to Japan so I can’t speak to the authenticity but the rich, frothy broth was so good! Would recommend, and we’ll be back.

I remember this place used to be in a Korean grocery store in Dallas. I loved their salmon don and I still do now. Their ramen is good too, and it’s great place to get katsu curry. It is just a little bit pricey.
