Service was horrible. I called it in and ordered at 9:02, got there and paid for it at 9:10. Why i didn’t get my 3 piece with fries til 9:31!!!! My husband and I ordered a steak burrito as well as a double cheeseburger. It’s a little bit pricey. We spent 40$ on just that. The burrito was dry, barely any steak. It did not come with anything that was included in the toppings. There was no cheese or even sour cream. We asked for rice and beans and got fries instead.
My double cheeseburger was dry as well. Overly cooked, no seasoning and tasted just like a piece of meat slapped on two buns.
The fries were okay but cold as well.
Overall, disappointed. Especially for what they are charging.

I ordered a PAN of chicken and fries online. This is the Worst I’ve ever had. The food was gross we had starving baby chicken wings, Soggy brown almost burnt fries. Everything was extra greasy. When it arrived, everything was wet and greasy. I spent too much money and my guest and I were very disappointed. We were actually disgusted. I don’t know about the people in the area but it’s not worth it. I should have stuck with the sharks I normally order from Good Riddance sharks on 71st street.

There’s a lot of people on here giving criticism, i’m not totally sure if it’s valid, but I will say what we’re all thinking; How the hell does a shark run a fish and chicken restaurant?
Hear me out, there could be a restaurant that a shark makes if they’re smart enough underwater, like Mr. Crabs in the documentary show called Sponge Bob. But they can’t make one on the surface, even if they are smart. Not to mention, how would they get chicken in the first place?
Alternatively, the shark could be the owner, but they live in a tank. So, they would be combat ready.
Or the owners name is Shark, in that case, things would make way more sense. But I’m not sure if it’s really likely.

Shark’s Fish and Chicken is a go-to spot for quick and filling comfort food. The fried chicken and fish are crispy and flavorful, and the portions are generous. Service can be hit or miss at times, but overall it’s a solid choice when you’re craving fried food.

The ladies behind the counter were just plain rude to people. They were Letting people off the street sell things in there. Almost all the things on the menu the lady said they didn’t have.
