I have been to the Bugle several times and
I try something different every time. Every single thing on the menu is delicious! Seriously, it’s some of the best food you will find in the treasure valley. It’s a family owned business, owned by some of the coolest and friendliest people ever. When you’re at the Bugle you really do feel like part of the family haha. Would definitely recommend!!

This place was amazing. We had the fried pickles, patty melt, and the meatloaf. Everything was so good. The pickles pickled, the patty melt was one of the best we have ever had, and the meatloaf was perfect. The pricing was great. We were surprised it was so inexpensive. Not only that but staff was amazing as well. We will definitely be going back.

How do you screw up biscuits and gravy? Biscuits were burnt, gravy was missing sausage and overcooked so much it was brown. Loaded hash browns were underwhelming (& the added cost to load them wasn’t worth it). Food wasn’t good. At all.
Biscuits and gravy, loaded hash browns and a cup of coffee cost $22. That’s ridiculous! Especially for bad food.
Go the extra couple of blocks to Mr V’s. We definitely won’t be back.

The Bugle Restaurant is one of Caldwell’s newest Restaurants. Jared Pearce and his lovely wife Johanna are the owners and operators of the restaurant. They are very customer focused and competent in all aspects of their business. I dined in the Bugle Restaurant recently, and the service and food quality was excellent. Jared is an accomplished entrepreneur and brings his experience to bear in managing the Bugle.
The Bugle menu is diverse and offers a variety of choices at reasonable prices.
If you are traveling through Caldwell on I-84, get off at the 10th street exit. The Bugle Restaurant is located just North of the Interstate at 1015 N. Kimball Ave. They are open Tuesday through Saturday from 11AM to 9PM

Ordered the breakfast burrito through doordash. The overwhelming taste of rancid oil took over the entire thing. Also the potatoes were undercooked. Its been 6 hours and my stomach is still churning along with horrible acid reflux. We overlooked the high prices in hopes of finding a new breakfast spot. We’ll keep looking.

We have been there 3 times giving them a chance to get settled into their new place. First time I orders a chef salad and it was gross – I do not blame them for that – I didn’t read the menu thoroughly and they use soring mix for all salads. Second time I ordered chicken strips. They were burnt and looked more like chicken fries from BK. Took them back and gave me another plate with burned strips again. Third time and I had a burger. It was OK but not worth the price.

Make it a point to go eat prime rib special. Yum yum. We had smoked prime rib with loaded potatoes and au jus that was good enough to drink. Everyone there is so awesome, made sure we were taken care of, and made us feel at home. Five star food when I don’t have to dress up definitely a bonus.
