I have really been wanting a good hamburger and was delivering to a store nearby so I thought I would try out this 5 Guys.
I got the cheeseburger (2 patties) with lettuce, tomato, pickles, mayo, ketchup and mustard. I also got a small fry and a Coffee Shake.
The hamburger was cooked perfectly. It was well done but still juicy. The lettuce and tomato were cold and the condiments I ordered were all there. This is a big cheeseburger! I was only able to eat half of it because I ate all the fries, however I ate the other half for breakfast this morning.
5 Guys french fries have consistently been excellent no matter where I have stopped. They are always piping hot and I love the fact that they are cooked in peanut oil.
My coffee shake was better than any shake I have gotten ANYWHERE! Super thick and creamy with just the right amount of coffee flavor without being bitter.
The bathrooms were clean and well stocked.
The staff was very friendly and professional. Great atmosphere and I love reading the index cards on the boards at every location I visit.
The only reason I could not give it five stars across the board was wow this is a good meal, the price tag is a little bit high. A burger, fries and shake was $24.

It has been a while since I ate here. The price kept me away but I wanted to try it again. The patty melt was just a hamburger, unrelated cheese and the bun that was turned inside out to look like a Texas toast bread, not even rye bread. The fries were okay at best. So disappointed that it will be a decade before I try it again.

They have kind and patient workers here. Food was flavorful and prepared quickly! I ordered the cheeseburger with grilled onions, lettuce, and tomatoes along with a side of the Cajun fries (malt vinegar and ketchup for dipping) 10/10

Service was so friendly. Jack was the person to serve us and he was super nice. You can tell that he enjoys his job. Burger was good and fries were even better! Don’t change a thing!

I am very sad to say that these were the worst burgers I have had in years. One burger, the lettuce was brownish and not edible. The bun was hard and not edible. The other hamburger was missing the jalapeños that I requested. Then my bun was almost hard as a rock and not edible. Five Guys usually gives fries in a cup, and they usually give like another almost scoop to make it worth it. This time, there was just a cupful. We spent $27.39 for two little bacon cheeseburgers and a little fry. This experience at Five Guys was so disappointing and left litterally a bad taste in our mouth. We will not be going back to Five Guys because it is overpriced anyways, but now it tastes terrible. I don’t know if you can see how bad it was from the pics, but it was awful, and it ruined the end of a great date night for us.

Outstanding burgers as I have come to expect from any of the five guys restaurants. I love this place. Very convenient and easily accessible from the highway or the interstate. First time here at the pinnacle location. Great food. Everything was delicious, fresh as usual. Very quick turn around even though they were busy. Look forward to eating here again soon. Great job and thanks so much five guys.

So I ordered a little hamburger with the works but please no mustard. We got our order and I ate my burger but realized they put mustard on it. I went back to the counter and told them the mistake. They told me they would make me a fresh burger. I would highly recommend this place. The food was made quick, the service friendly and they made the mistake right.
