I remember when the quality control was on point in the restaurant but the carry out, not so much! The lucky no.13 burger may be huge but the greasy soaked bun just ruined it for me! You got to toast the buns before you assemble it. I also purchased the last piece of lemon cake which the flavor was great just dry from sitting in the case for a while. I use to be a customer and today I tried the carry out with high hopes but I doubt I will order again. Hopefully you will have better luck! *UPDATE* I was offered a new piece of cake a few days later and I randomly stopped in to pick it up! Best piece of cake I’ve had in a long time!! Thank you for making it right!!

Placed a pickup order earlier today. Got my food and ate it when I got home. Meal was great however A few hours later when I went to eat the piece of cake I got as well, after having a small piece with a funny taste, I noticed there was mold on my cake.

This is a carryout restaurant. You put your order in, pick it up, and leave. The online ordering process was easy. We had a fairly large order, and it was all cooked and correct. All the food and desserts were good. I would give them 8 out 10 stars

I had faith because I’ve eaten at grille 13 before and ordered their shepherd’s pie, granted this was years ago but I wouldn’t expect to see this. I know for a fact it didn’t look anything like this because if it did I would have sent it back. Anyways I ordered shepherd’s pie and this time this is what they gave me ..I was confused because I thought they gave me chili or something. I had to move around the slop and finally saw the potatoes. This isn’t shepherds pie and the mashed potatoes go on the top. I’m giving a few extra stars because my family loved the other food they received but mines I was not happy at all.

I live super close so this was a no brainer. Ordered the lucky 13 burger and some wings. The burger was juicy and perfectly cooked medium. The fries were crispy but soft on the inside, and the wings were some of the sauciest that I have ever had! 10 out of 10. Love this place. The food here is SO damn good!

I would never come back here I visited 11/19/24 and it was My first visit ever I thought to try the steak and cheese I was also told they couldn’t put mayo on the bread something I never heard before from anyone the my hand was literally bigger than the sandwich as you can see needless to say this is a first and last time the workers were cool though I give them that but they know they wrong for that steak and cheese

(Without giving to much detail)….. ♀️I made a huge mistake with my order and after speaking with the manager and her staff, they fixed it for me. Thus was my 1st tume here. I got the catfish nuggets, Mac n cheese, collard greens, and sweet potatoes. The food was really good and was seasoned well. Everything was a la cart. Only thing to gripe about is the tops for the sides couldnt take the heat of my sides and caused juices to spill in the bag.
