Food had great presentation, the antipasto was beautifully prepared, over priced for less charcuterie than on a Subway sandwich, overpriced! The pizza was good and it is nice to have a place that one can get a tasty slice quickly during the day. But I opted for 2 pies, They offer a couple of styles, the New York round was tasty, the topping on meatball and sausage were plentiful, the pepperoni were sparse and pitiful. The sauce was scarce and no hints of oregano or basil in aroma or flavor. The crust which separates NY style from the pretenders was soggy as milk toast, this one only traveled the distance from the kitchen to the table. The service was strange very attentive and polite, but rushed and sloppy. While still eating, tried to box the food. Dining room is nice and sets a nice atmosphere. Overall I rate this place a pretender, but go there, people who don’t know what NY pizza is, will enjoy.

This place smacks!!! If you want Italian cuisine that will knock your socks off you come here! The garlic knots are like pillows of joy with every bite you take. Don’t get me started about our waiter Chris though. That man rocks! Best waiter I have had in years. A very humorous guy that slings the plates around with swift justice that brings dopamine straight to your belly. 10/10 would recommend!

This place is such a gem. I can see this being a staple in Wyckoff for a long time.
I went w my folks on a summer Friday at 530pm. We didn’t have a reservation and sat pretty quickly. Lots of families. Fun vibes. Service was great. Food was flavorful and simple. Portions were perfect. We all ate every single thing.

We’ve been fans of Mandara for years. We love their pizzas. But their pastas, salads and meat/poultry entrees can’t be beat.
The warm chicken arugula/shitake salad is incredible the chicken and mushrooms are caramelized and perfectly seasoned. The dressing is amazing. My husband orders it every time we come.
We both love their mussels in fra diavolo sauce as an antipasto course. And one of their fish, veal, chicken or pork specials is a welcome experience.
Save room for dessert (their servings are generous, so plan ahead!). Luscious and large enough to share.
Great place for lunch with friends or family dinners. Make a reservation if you can.

Convenient location for quick bite if shopping, swimming or salon in Boulder run complex. Pizza variations are extensive, nicely crisp and tasty crust; however topping and cheese can be overly salty so choose wisely or ask. Choice of large pies or smaller individual ’10. Pasta are typical of pizza joint vs a focused Italian restaurant. Service is very attentive, and easy to get table on the right side vs at the pizza counter.

Went here once few yrs ago and grabbed a couple of slices to go. Was just your average run of the mill slice of cheese pie. So I decided to try them again tonight. Ordered a Sicilian deep dish with hopes it would knock my socks off. Much to my dismay this was a disappointment. The bottom was borderline if not burnt ( see pics). I’m very shocked as I’ve seen many guests come in out of this place. I might give this place another shot if I’m out of options for dinner.

I now live in Upstate NY so my daughter and I had a NJ slice of white pizza. Delicious. My husband had the best gluten free pizza ever. My nephew’s wife suggested this place and we loved it.

Imagine my surprise and embarrassment when I brought this $24 pizza home to my family. “Where is the rest of it?” My son says, pointing to the pizza that took up 2/3 of the box.
12 bucks for 4 mini rice balls full of peas and a tiny salad for 24 bucks.
Felt completely ripped off. Would not order take-out from here again.

Pizzeria Mandara is a great place for a quick bite or a longer sit down lunch. There’s counter service or table service. The restaurant can accommodate both small and large parties. The restaurant serves and Italian menu andd selections include a comprehensive list of appetizers such as antipasto, calamari and fried zucchini. Main courses range from salads and sandwiches to full dinner selections such as pasta and chicken.
Food is well prepared. Service is excellent. The environment is generally quiet with nice background music. There’s lots of parking in the outside lot.
I’ve enjoyed a few meals at the restaurant and I’ll definitely be returning.

The food & dessert was delicious! The service was horrible. Our server, Julio, never smiled, was not courteous, or attentive. It seemed like he was the ONLY server for the restaurant for a Saturday lunch crowd and he wasn’t having it. The reality of the matter is that your servers represent the restaurant and he made our experience a negative one.
