I went back to Brazilian Pizza, this time for their “rodízio.” For those who aren’t familiar, a rodízio is a Brazilian style an all you can eat for a fixed price and the waiters go around with different topping pizzas and you choose the ones you want.
They offer rodízio on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and reservations are recommended. Price as of Jan/2026 is $18 per person + taxes + tips + fee if you pay with a credit card.
Despite the staff being friendly and the pizza being delicious, I don’t think the rodízio is worth it. They take too long to bring the pizza and the slices are very small. When my wife and I visited on a regular day, we paid $30 for the large pie and still had 3 big slices left which we took home.
Parking is a nightmare so take an uber if you can. Very busy area.

I visited Brazilian Pizza on a weekday afternoon and loved their pizza. I ordered half Frango com Catupiry and half Toscana (Calabresa). In English, half Brazilian chicken with cream cheese/and half Tuscan (Brazilian sausage).
There are 4 sizes for their pizza pies (small, medium, large and XL). We ordered a large pie for 2 hungry people and still had 3 slices left so I would say a large pie can feed 3 people well. A large pie is around $30 and prices for soft drinks and deserts are also average. Note that they do not server alcoholic beverages. They do serve other Brazilian typical foods, sandwiches, esfihas, açaí and many other items.
The ambiance is very nice with typical modern Brazilian decor, above average for restaurants in the Newark area. Apparently they renewed the place recently and did a good job.
Our attendant/waiter Bruno was very polite and friendly. They also have rodízio (all you can eat) on Tuesdays and Thursdays but make sure you make a reservation in advance.
I will definitely be back and I recommend this restaurant for Brazilians and non-Brazilians who love a good pizza.
My husband and I have ordered esfihas from there a few times before — which we really like — but today I decided to try the pizza. And wow!!! The pizza was amazing! The dough was incredible, the seasoning was perfect, and it arrived hot at our home. I was truly impressed with the quality. Congratulations to the team!
Everything was perfect. Can’t wait to go back.
After placing my order, I waited 1 hour and 40 minutes for a pizza that never arrived. During that entire time there were no updates from the staff about the delay and no explanation of what was happening with the order.
Eventually, after waiting nearly two hours, I had no choice but to leave the restaurant without ever receiving the food I ordered.
I understand restaurants delays can happen(FYI- restaurant had only tree other tables), but customers should at least be informed if the kitchen is running behind. Waiting this long with no communication is extremely frustrating.
I hope management looks into what happened and improves the process so other customers don’t experience the same situation. I would appreciate hearing from the owner or manager regarding how this situation could have been handled better.
Our pizza was INCREDIBLE! Just thinking about it right now makes me want more! Too bad I’m a plane ride away :(. I had the best flan/pudim I have ever had in my entire life here. I can’t stop thinking about it!
The owner was very sweet, seems to have a desire to server the community as well, as I saw him giving pizza to a woman in need for incredibly cheap.
Update: tried their non-pizza dish and not bad in terms of the sauce had like a frijita like flavor and meatball tasted okay. Enjoyed the lime juice and the Esfihas(carne) had a good lemony taste with its meaty texture.
