Awful service. The workers have no idea what they are doing. I had a problem with the app but the lady assured me my pizza was getting made still. I waited 30 minutes and give the lady my name 5 times. She can not read or spell. She kept bringing me the wrong pizzas then realized my prefer was never placed. No compensation. Just a waste of my time.

1st review -I made my usual order today and I don’t know who made it but I hope that they continue to make my order for me. My pizzas today were the best I had. And just in case they don’t know what order I had, I ordered to spinach and mushroom pizzas and two six piece garlic parmesan wings. Loved it. Keep up the good work. I’m having to add to my review because for some reason it won’t let me post a new review.
2nd review-I got a new order today my same mushroom and spinach pizzas with alfredo sauce but my pizzas came with red sauce instead of alfredo sauce. Would I called the restaurant, Kat made sure that are order was not only remade and delivered but she was friendly and professional. Kat needs a raise.
3rd review -Okay so we ordered a large two topping pizza, two orders of the 6.99wings, and a Oreo bread. When our order came we had the wings we had the Oreo bread but we did not have a large pizza and there was no cream cheese sauce for the Oreo bread. Our driver did bring our pizza.

There has definitely had to be a change of management. This used to be a good Papa John’s, but now it’s not worth the dirt on the bottom of my boot. We are currently waiting for our food to be delivered two hours later.

Ordered for takeout tonight, of course since it’s close to the holiday it was a bit busier than usual but the crew working tonight were rockstars! Kat and the whole team tonight were on top of it and very very accommodating to all of their customers! Their attitude was so amazing and positive even with how busy it was! Pizza was awful taste and appearance couldn’t even finish any. The cheese pizza was burnt and hard and 2 wasted slices. The sausage and pepperoni pizza looked as if it was mashed up in back and last pizza was not cut. The only decent thing was the cheese sticks. Check your pizza before you leave. If a manger could contact me that would be great.

I came in tonight and it was absolutely SLAMMED. Everyone was moving. Ovens were at capacity. There was a line in drive through 6 deep and a line inside 8 deep. Some were very rude to the female manager when the situation was out of her control. The rudeness of the customer was uncalled for and unnecessary. The manager kept her composure and kept the food moving out the door. You did great girl! The food industry is not easy and I wish more people could remember that when they are waiting.

Ordered a pizza tonight, arrived exactly when the app told me to, 45 min after I placed my order…the pizza wasn’t even started when I got there and was told another 15-20 minutes before it was ready…there was a line of at least 7-8 getting told the same thing

First time at the location ordered $50 worth of pizzas. Received 3 pizzas out of 4 not up to standard. Not my standard but anyone’s. Cheese not covering slices, meat in literally one spot, and sauce all over the crust. Sloppy is an understatement. I called, took pictures, and went back to the location for them to make excuses and just say I would make another. No one apologized, nothing for the inconvenience of coming back up to the location during dinner time and a school night. Will never return.

Papa John’s is my new go to pizza place for delivery. I have to be honest, Domino’s has always been my favorite but I ordered one not too long ago that was terrible. Thank you and will see you soon.
UPDATE!! 5/16/19
I ordered 2 pizzas for pick up. The gentleman taking the order seem to have a very hard time and was unfamiliar with my coupon. The philly Pizza I ordered was not good. Sauce was sour and cheese only went 1/2 was to the crust. I’m changing to 3 stars.
