I have left a lot of reviews in my town and not many “bad” ones. This is not a bad review either, but a very middle of the road one. This place has everything it needs to be wonderful but needed some tweaks. First, the short rib ragu. Ragu was flavorful and hower slightly under salted with a large puddle of water in the bottom of my bowl from the pasta not being drained all the way. I had to pour it off into another plate. Partners pasta was the same, just very overly wet which made the noodles too soft and made the actual sauces too thin and tasteless. The soup was great but I didn’t get halfway through before my meal was there, which made us feel rushed. Dessert was good but dry as a bone, making us wonder if it was old or just overcooked. All in all everything was ALMOST perfect but not sure if we want to spend the higher costs for another try. Highlights: Wine service was great and recommend bottle was perfectly what I asked for.

Food was amazing. Server was great. But…..first impressions make all the difference. Your host (albeit she was very pleasant) was wearing jeans, tennis shoes and sweatshirt. She did not match what vibe your probably trying to convey. I dressed up and so did my guest. Your pricing doesn’t reflect olive garden. It reflects HIGH END. Just a thought from someone who is an expert in the customer experience – it’s what I do for a living and it’s not vibing.

Great experience! The braised lamb w/ goat cheese gnocchi was really great! The fries had a great flavor too (though my fries weren’t crispy…which may be on purpose…I enjoyed them either way!). My server Chance was very attentive and friendly and made some great recommendations! Finished off with the Strawberry trifle desert which was fantastic! At first bite, the cake inside was a bit stiffer than I had predicted (reminded me of olive oil cake) in that it had a bit of a “bite” to it, but this soon became my favorite part of the dish as it gave a nice little texture along with the delicious strawberries and cream.
Really nice to go to a restaurant with great service and interesting and well-crafted flavors. Will be back next time I’m in town!

Excellent, and very attentive service in a great atmosphere. Salads were fresh, and drinks were solid. Wife’s pork tenderloin was perfectly cooked but could have been hotter and didn’t have a lot of seasoning. Would definitely give it another try. Hot cocoa crème brûlée was the best part.

It was a busy Friday night. Our server was very kind but pulled in many directions. Service was lacking. Started with cocktails which were so-so. Nothing I can’t make better at home. Calamari was excellent. I had the short rib ragu which lacked depth, seasoning, and flavor…the pasta was overcooked and watery. I was very disappointed. My husband’s pasta dish was a bit better but nothing to write home about. Unfortunately we won’t be back.

Have had dinner here a few times. Food is really good! The price though is a bit steep. I know everything has increased so I don’t necessarily fault them for this. However, I feel they are trying to go for a finer dining experience and the service is sub par.
When we were there the last two times, our server was very late to our table. We would’ve ordered more drinks, but she basically ignored us and was standing around. I’m not sure if she thought we didn’t need anything? But every time she came over I felt like she was rushing. Sad because it affects my desire to return.
I do love the chicken Parmesan and the chicken and waffles are amazing too! We had the fondue last time and it was good too! The food is pricey, and you won’t get out of there for less than $30+ a person with drinks. But the food is worth the price, just need to improve the service.

We hadn’t been here for several years. We were excited to go back.Food Very middle of the road. Missing several items listed online. We were looking forward to the rosemary fries, and 111 burger which we’d have several times in the past But neither was available. Decided on the Lobster Mac which was very underwhelming. Stirfry was very Very mid. The Wago beef was very fatty. for the value, it wasn’t at all worth it to us. Don’t anticipate retuning.

Fabulous food! Service was out of this world. Truly appreciated us being there for diner. I would recommend giving them a try. I will warn you though, they serve unique dishes. Not your typical restaurant dishes. Select carefully and expect the unexpected. Your food will not taste how they smell and the description is Truly descriptive of what you will get. Not everyone will enjoy their style of presentation or taste. My first experience set the tone for me to return and try something new. Great job 111 Bistro

After an afternoon of axe throwing at a local establishment, our friends invited us to One Eleven Bistro to end the evenings activities.
We had a reservation so we were sat quickly although the restaurant was fairly empty when we first arrived (around 5:30pm on a Saturday) this changed rather quickly and most tables were full by 6:15 or so.
From what our friends had told us, the menu and dishes rotate so most of the dishes they had been recommending on the drive over were no longer being offered.
We started with an order of French fries and wasabi mayo potstickers. Both were quite good and the entire table had no complaints about either dish.
While having a hard time deciding on a meal, I ultimately choose an order of tamales. Which was not a choice I had expected to make at a more upscale restaurant such as this.
Was pleasantly surprised but how well plated the dish was and how tasty it turned out. The flavors in the dish really complemented one another and it was an overall solid dish.
The rest of our group all enjoyed their various choices as well. No complaints from anyone on their food choice. There was a bit of plate sharing as people were sampling others’ meals.
Overall, service was excellent, staff stopped by frequently to top off water, check on the table, and take away dishes quickly.
Not a location I would visit frequently but one more for special occasions or celebrations I think. Pricing was decent but it was on the slightly higher side all things considered.

Everything about this place was nice. The service was great, the atmosphere was elegant and clean. The food was good. They have items on the menu that’s different and that will expand your palate. This is not your typical high end restaurant, they take time and thought into their recipes and uses the seasons to guide them.
