We really like this kind of small, locally owned restaurant, and decided to try it for lunch today. We were seated immediately and greeted quickly with chips and salsa. The server took our orders and the food arrived in quick fashion. We got the lunch enchiladas and taco meals and enjoyed them both. We will be going back to try their dinner service in the near future, but fully expect this establishment to be a regular “go to” for quick Mexican food.

Service was excellent and very fast. Food portions were more than worth their value. I love fajitas and the kitchen cooked everything perfectly. I can’t believe I’ve driven by the establishment so many times and just recently tried it. Pedro’s is now my top pick for Mexican food.

We found a hidden gem in this place. Pedro’s in Summerville is a quiet off the grid restaurant that has a great atmosphere. The restaurant is clean, staff is super friendly and the food was great. Prices were extremely reasonable. We can’t wait to go back to experience more of their menu.and if you enjoy outdoor dining, they have a great patio seating area. I hope you try Pedro’s for yourself.

So far it is the best me x can food I’ve had here in SC. I have tried a few of the Mexican restaurants around and this place feels a little more like home. The street tacos reminded me of LA a bit. The flavor and mostly the salsa on point. The service is great not to pushy but attentive. The atmosphere was delightfully quiet, even while tables started to fill up.

The decor is so mexican + $1 bills at the entrance, they loog nice.
The food is amazing, I asked for The Molcajete, flavoredand tasty, but my meat was a little bit salty, it comes with veggies, rice and beans asados (I think so), also tortillas. The presentation and the drinks so good ☺️.
The horchata amazing.
My hubby got tacos, they super colorful.
The service good too, if you come in a truck 18W, park across the street or at the parking lot, is huge and if you Lucky you are going to find space!

It’s certainly not gonna blow your mind or anything, but it’s a solid neighborhood Mexican joint if you live in Knightsville. They know their clientele and some things on the menu are a fair but more authentic than others. So if your wife orders cruchy tacos, don’t be put off by what you see. Just order the carnitas, you will get amazing, authentic carnitas.
The prices are definitely fair considering the healthy portions. The chips are warm and the salsa is slightly spicy and doesn’t taste like tomato sauce. It’s better than the other Mexican restaurant nearby.
