We visited El Cafetal this afternoon around 11 am and there was a bit of a line but moved pretty smoothly. The hot food had just been put out for lunch and looked delicious. There was an array of pastries that all looked amazing! There were several fried foods by the register to include empanadas, papa relleno, surillos de queso, y alcapuria. For the hot food you could go directly to the line to order. For the pastries, good off the menu, drinks, or fried foods you had to go to the register. You also had the option to order off a tablet that was in the isle going towards the register. I ordered a papa relleno, and some empanadas, but unfortunately they were not hot. My husband ordered the ham, egg and cheese sandwich which was pretty big, he was only able to eat half of it. My daughter had the kids chicken nuggets meal and wow those were a lot of fries! I could not even help her finish them. Their food was hot and didn’t take too long to get. My husband also ordered a coffee to drink and said had he realized how good it was he would have ordered a large one. Even though we ordered to eat there everything is packaged as if to go. The young lady assisting us at the register was very friendly and helpful when I had questions about the pastries. Definitely will be back when I’m in Orlando!

The food was good and overall we enjoyed the meal. However, communication was a bit challenging since none of the staff spoke English, which made it difficult to ask questions about the menu. We were trying to understand a few items and ingredients, but there was some confusion. This isn’t a criticism of the staff personally—they were polite and doing their best, but having someone available who can assist English-speaking customers would really improve the experience. Again, the food itself was enjoyable.

This place is great food is fresh and authentic got a Cubano , beef empanadillas, vanilla doughnut and coratadito. Spent 20$ and fed 2 adults and a child. Found the restaurant to be spotless and comfy visiting from Colorado when we return to Kissimmee we will be coming back to this spot

We stopped in for breakfast and were so impressed. The omelet was perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. We also tried one of their sandwiches with egg, ham, and cheese, and it was absolutely delicious—so fresh and satisfying. The real star for me was the fresh-squeezed orange juice; you can’t beat it! If you’re looking for a classic, well-made breakfast, this is the place.

Very good place located by the road. The servers were really nice and attentive even early in the day. The ham, cheese and egg sandwich was amazing and huge, easily shareable by two people. The sugar donut was also good, soft. The prices are cheap compared to other diners in the region.

Visited this Bakery to purchase several pastries to give as a gift to our neighbor. Of course, I also purchased several pastries for me as well. I also had the chicken stuffed with ham, cheese & bacon, the chicken was dried. I got home and tasted several pastries I had to throw these away, definitely not fresh nor had a good taste. The Bavarian cheesecake tasted like plastic. The carrot cake did not have a good flavor. The tembleque was kind of hard not soft. The cream in the Canoli did not have a good taste. Nonetheless, the custard had a good taste and their freshly squeezed Orange juice was really good. I had to remind them to give me the Orange juice. Also we had ordered one Orange juice and they charged for two. The second Orange juice was not given to us, again we had to ask for it. I was surprised since I’ve visited the Cafetal Bakery in Puerto Rico and have had a great food experience over there.

Plenty of food and bakery choices… including lunch choices and salads puertorican style. The grilled chicken and fish fry were a bit too salty.
Guava cheese pastry not upto the mark.
Many other choices of cakes and pastries available
Serves good cafe con leche and fresh juice.
Staff is respectable.

Good place for breakfast and lunch . Maybe dinner too. Big variety of desserts. I put 4 stars only because we ordered sandwiches and were waiting min 15 minutes. It wasn’t that busy . There were empty tables as well. Also you guys need to fix machines that can help you make order other way too many people in line. Food was good. Not changing tables in bathroom. I just took picture of fresh juice because was so hungry
