Been going to this location for about 2 years now and from my experience its the best one I have been to thus far. Im one of those people who like extra toppings on my pizza (and pay for them) and this location gets it right 99 percent of the time. Foods always hot and looks great and staff has always been pleasant which makes it easy to reciprocate in kind. Being in the food industry most of my working life I know its not a good idea to be rude to somebody who is making your food anyway (lol) so I appreciate that isn’t an issue. Anyway, saw a bunch of negative reviews here, im writing one about mine and my wife’s experiences. Appreciate the quality all around.

I had a pizza delivered I had a macaw bird on one hand and other on shoulder the delivery driver asked me for a tip since I didn’t tip in the app, I replied I think I did, she looks at my receipt that I didn’t get and she responded no you didn’t. Since when has it been ok to ask for a tip?

Well then. I normally don’t do negative reviews like this, but I am rather angry. I ordered a pizza and cheesy bread, selected the option to drop it off with a notification, then went back to what I was doing until I realized, about 60 minutes later, that I not received a notification. Lo and behold, my order was dropped off on my doorstep.
Of course, the problem then is that it has sit so long as to attract bugs. And when I called in to complain and request a refund, I kid you not, I told that they would need the order back. That I would have to dig my pizza and bread out of my trash can, dump it back into the pizza box, and return it. This is disgusting.
I’m sure that returning the order is standard procedure for a refund, and that the manager on duty felt like she needed to follow this procedure in order to not get in trouble by a GM in the morning or the owner or whatever, but it is still completely unreasonable to ask a customer to root through their trash to dig up an order that was covered in bugs. If I was a petty person, I would have thrown up what few bites of the bread I had before noticing the insects and presented that atop the pile of pizza for completion’s sake.

TRASH.. I was so disappointed with Domino’s this go around.. Hour in a half delivery time, and that wasn’t even the worst part.. my pizza was cold , I had to put it in the oven, had toppings on it that I didn’t ask for. The pic below was how i received it. Pasta was order specific ( No Onions ) had onions husband couldn’t eat it. And the wings just thrown in the container not sauced. Sitting on the sauce. And to top it off NO ONE WOULD ANSWER THE PHONE..

This Domino’s location is quite a mixed bag. At times, you might get wonderful service. Other times, you get terrible service. It really depends who you get as a delivery driver, as a cook, and/or as a person on the phone.
Today, I got a decent sized piece of onion in my pizza even though I got no toppings on my pizza. Just cheese. It’s not the biggest deal in the world, but still. They gotta be more careful.
I’ve had amazing delivery drivers from here, but I’ve also had horrible drivers. Worst one so far is named Andy. He’s quite the fool. First time I had him as a driver, he forgot the two ranches. This location always forgets the condiments. That’s why I don’t get them anymore. But anyways, I told him about it, and instead of just looking at my receipt, he tried to gaslight me about. He told me, “You didn’t order them!” I did. Then, I showed my receipt. Afterwards, he went back to get them. At least he went back to get them, but still. No apology for his arrogance. No apology for his disrespect. Just a moody “I’ll be right back” from him. Such idiocy, but nevertheless, at least I got everything.

Ms Stephanie of the store just cost her self no more business form me she claims to be the manager and is very rude all she wanted to do was argue with me on the telephone and tell me how wrong I am. Two days ago I had a wonderful experience but today not the case two days ago the driver was phenomenal today the driver drove around and around I watched him on my security cameras past my place three times and to top it all off when I opened my pizza box the pizza was in the lid stuck to it.
