I don’t know, is it common to clean the premises in front of dining people? Hours before you’re closing? A cook, sitting in the heart of the restaurant on his phone? We didn’t feel welcomed. Pho soup was only average but we were very hungry, so it was okay.

Another great Maple Ridge Vietnamese restaurant, Hot Pho has a fantastic menu with great prices and friendly staff. We really enjoyed the spring and salad rolls, their pho was great too. I had a large bowl of pho but noticed that there wasn’t as much meat and noodles as I would normally expect, but I still left full so…overall I would try Hot Pho again. The location is really convenient and parling is great, worth a stop!

Very friendly service and relaxing atmosphere.
The food was really good and came quite quickly.
I had the seafood hot n sour pho , some hot tea and the kids had spring rolls. Mom had Grilled Lemkngrass Pork and Chicken.
Everything was cooked well only disappointment is the use of FARM raised Prawns. Ocean fished is the only way. These simply are not prawns. They don’t taste like anything and they’re very bad for you.
I was pleased with an option for tip and no obligation by pre set percentages as some places often have.

My daughter went on a school field trip today and was very hungry after. We decided to try this restaurant since it’s pretty close from the school.
We are welcomed by Mr. Saagar and he assisted us to our table. The moment we seated i realized that I didn’t brought my wallet to pay. So I told one of the worker that we need to leave since I don’t have cash or my ccard with me.
We’re stopped by Mr. Saagar and told me that we can still eat and just come back tomorrow to pay. I was so surprised because he was empathetic, kind and trusting.
While ordering I realized I can etransfer my payment instead, which he approves.
This is a proof that good people still exist. Thank you so much again Mr. Saagar.
First and definitely not the last. We will visit again soon.

Friendly service, good prices and tasty food make this a highly recommended place for Vietnamese food in Maple Ridge. The Bánh mì sub is an amazing value with a short baguette with a thin, crisp crust and a soft, airy texture filled with your choice of chicken, grilled pork, pork & Vietnamese ham or omelette (fried eggs) for less than $7.

We came here at dinner time and it was very busy for a Monday, owner was there running around helping everyone everywhere with everything. They were dealing with uber drivers B.S while still maintaining fantastic customer service.
Food itself was amazing and despite how full the restaurant was today we received our food under 10 minutes of our arrival.
There was a woman coming to pick up her online order and had to wait a while due to how busy it was in the restaurant, the owner offered the woman a free beverage while waiting for her order and apologized for the delay.
Absolutely fantastic service today. Thanks for giving us yet another found memory.

Incredibly disappointing. We moved to MR this year and were on the hunt for a good spot for Pho & Lemongrass chicken. The only real way my vietnamese wife and I can describe the food from here is lazy & disappointing. Very little flavor, thrown together without much care. We only ate the food because we had paid for it and don’t like to waste, but we won’t be ordering here again!

Always wonderful service and usually pretty quick. Food is consistent so you always know what you are getting. My only complaint is they dont have crushed peanuts (just a peanut sauce). I love peanuts on top of my vermicelli plate, which is my standard go-to and always super yummy. But the pho is good, the wonton soup is also good and their fried foods (wings and fried wontons specifically) are delicious.

Opened November 2016 where Sarges Restaurant use to be. The breaded squid was very tender, not oily, and not overcooked… Very tasty! The spring roll was just the same. The Beef Pho Soup had really good flavor there was no grease floating on the top, and the beef was super tender. The rice plates both were very delicious, and the meat was again super tender and very tasty.
UPDATE (Feb 2017): By far the best Pho joint in Maple Ridge. Tried the Egg Noodles with Wonton and Veggies, and it was delicious! Also had the breaded fried squid again, and again tasty!

We put in an online order. We got the update that our order will be ready to be picked up in 20 mins. Took me that same amount of time to get there. Upon arriving, the restaurant was closed. Only 35 minutes later did we got a text, saying they couldn’t fulfill our order and we would be refunded for the complete amount. Not sure if this a restaurant error or their online system. Such a waste of time.
