The food was awful. The steak was chewy, there wasn’t a lot of beans left, and beans probably needed to be replaced. So, the burrito was cold, and flavorless. I used to really like Moe’s, nut this experience kinda made me grossed out of it for good.

I had high hopes for this restaurant being that the last one I went to was really good, unfortunately I was let down. I’ll start by saying the employees were nice. As for the food it was really bland even with the addition of the toppings. The salsa bar was a great addition but most of containers were either super low or completely out and this was around 6 in the evening. I went to go sit down and all of the tables were dirty. It only got worse when I used the restroom…. it was filthy. I’ll add that there were only a few customers in the restaurant so all of those issues should’ve been something that they were working to fix.

We came about 20 minutes after opening but their doors will still locked. There was an employee who came to open the door & she was sweet. I would NEVER… ever ever recommend someone to get a burrito from here. they could’ve literally just put my meal in a bowl after seeing how loose it was. The food was good and the staff was nice but i needed a bib to eat my food. wish i would’ve read the reviews before coming.

We’ve been here many times over the last few years, but this was the first time we’ve had this pitiful amount put into a honewrecker bowl. The service is still fast and friendly, but this is honestly about half of what we have been usually seeing when we get these. One was mine with the amount we usually get and the other was my wife’s.

I go in here quite often but it’s crazy bc everytime the older lady is in there working there is chaos and confusion and no one is happy. 35 minutes for a bowl to be made and it wasn’t allot of people in front of me. Also I really hate the way the lady that’s older I think she a manager talks to the other workers like they are beneath her. With so many restaurants leaving the area I hope they fix the issues so we can continue to enjoy them in our City when that lady isn’t working

Moe’s catered an outdoor wedding ceremony for my children. From my first call requesting catering, I felt confident that Therese and her team would do everything possible to get us the best possible meal. She was cheerful, patient, flexible, on time, and prepared. The food was tasty, warm and plentiful. For the budget we were working with, there could not have been a better outcome. The guests and I were delighted!

I received the worst quality and service I’ve ever encountered eating at Moe’s. My bowl was sloppy, skimp on the ingredients like the costs of them were coming directly from the worker’s paycheck…!?? Submitted complaint as well, hoping to hear back for missing ingredients that were upcharges. What a waste of money and the food tasted horrible I couldn’t even finish
Edit: Did hear back from the GM that offered a loyalty reward… she did emphasize on their portion standards which still did not apply to my order. I mean it was worse than Chipotle’s portion control and we all know how they do. Nevertheless I appreciated the prompt response and gesture based on my concerns.

Everything was fine until we got to the wrapping of the burrito the lady making my burrito made it entirely too messy, and when my fiancé asked her to remake it, as in re-wrap, she gave him attitude and didn’t even re-wrap it
