Ok so I was honestly very uncomfortable it felt really weird I walked in. And Im pretty sure I saw what was a manager and a normal employee completely making out and then she walked away from him to get my order… This is for sure a fast food place…. Weird

Two times a row now over the course of the last month I was served hamburgers here that were cooked black to the point where I threw them right in the trash. I called them and let them know and they said “sorry we’ll talk to our employees”. No offer to replace or refund. I’ve seen the lights turned off before a couple of hours before closing time, looks to me like they don’t want business sometimes. I said something to him once about the lights being turned off, they told me nobody there knew how to turn them on lol.

Service was so slow. Didn’t tell me why I was waiting. Ordered 2 whopper Jr with cheese one looked like it was sitting there smashed for awhile and both had no cheese. Both had to tomatoes like it should but the way the one sandwich looked they probably just took off the tomatoes. Chicken wrap was good. No receipt given.

I was told the broiler wasn’t on yet at opening time, and when I called back I was told it was still warming up. I’ve worked in fast food — grills are normally preheated before opening if those items are on the menu. This location has sold me Whoppers during that same morning time before, so the explanation I was given doesn’t add up.

Stopped for breakfast this morning which was 6 sandwiches b/c we did the 2 for 5. The lady taking orders in drive thru was completely rude. They didn’t have biscuits. Waited almost 10 minutes in line for them to only give us 4 sandwiches. So we pulled around and went in for the lady again to be rude and say what’s wrong in a ugly tone and try to argue with me she didn’t charge me for 6 sandwiches. Sandwiches were cold and just thrown together not even in a sandwich looking order.

Burger King has definitely gone downhill. I paid over $50 for 3 regular meals, and the burgers and fries were surprisingly small. The staff was friendly, but the portions and prices just aren’t worth it. I won’t be returning.

Ex Employee & every time I come to Burger King they get my food wrong! I order Cheesy Tots fresh n got them overly warm!. As well with 2 Whopper Jr’s no mustard or onions n got them on my burger as well.!!!! I’m so disappointed.! Do BETTER.!

What Texas Whopper? Where the heck is the bacon and cheese? Extremely dissapointed and it wasn’t even busy. I shouldn’t have to look through the bag at the drive thru before driving off..Got home and took a big bite only to find out no cheese and bacon…so I pretty much just got a regular whopper with jalapenos….

Edit:Bumping my rating 2 stars. The 2 young men (that’s all I saw) working tonight, had excellent teamwork. Good service, reasonably quick, and polite.
Food was packaged awesome. Food wasn’t sloppy. My mf’ing burger is perfect. Nothing falling all over the place.
I’ll be coming back at nights and trying to catch when they work.
Card machine down. No sign. I didn’t find out until i waited in line and got to the speaker that they were accepting cash only. I was left stuck waiting in drive thru just to get out.
Another time I never got my card back and had to sit in line to get it back.
Another time I ordered a chicken sandwich and watched as they handed 2 orders out of drive thru that came in after mine for a chicken sandwich. I had to speak up and got an apology and told they’ll make it right away.
And the nuggets taste like deer ankles.
