What a sad salad… the lettuce was old and all of the ingredients were scarce. More like chicken crumbs than chicken pieces, with a whole egg “in tact” just us sitting there. I’ll get back salads from the Harrisburg location next time.

Amazing staff, not their fault at all, this note is for ownership….
You are a chicken restaurant, you should never run out of chicken sandwiches. You were out a few nights ago so I ordered the nibblers they were not the same and somehow I think my overall check was more expensive than what I planned on spending
Also make sure all staff has what they need for efficiency sake. There’s no reason the drive-through line should be taking so long when there’s two or three staff people and just one or two cars.

25 minutes to get two meals. Free style drink machine had no CO2 (told them and it was never fixed the entire hour we were there). Boneless Teriyaki wings literally had no sauce on them (i.e. plain). Was given one small Teriyaki sauce container for the 8 wings. No words were spoken by the staff (no sorry, no thank you for letting us know, not even a here you go) any time I enter acted with them.

The crew are great specially, the manager I believe his name is Dante. Also he has the crew at the cash register plus the service was awesome. I would recommend the store all the time and that’s my favorite store forever thank you.

I am from out of town so this was my first time at Zaxbys. When we walked in we were greeted. We ordered chicken fingers and fries. The food was hot and fresh and delicious. The zaxbys sauce was a hit. I would definitely go back, I wish we had one back home.

Customer service definitely needs Improvement. The food I must say was hot and fresh but upon getting my order I saw the size of my drink in Acts 2 upsize my drink and even offer to pay for that exchange. I was told that they cannot do that I would have to buy another drink completely because the transaction was already complete. Being a diabetic I need lots of fluid and to be told that I can’t get a larger drink even if I paid is absolutely insane I would never come back here

I usually never do reviews for fast food but i couldn’t miss this opportunity. Had an excellent time for my first visit at zaxbys. Excellent service and food. Was greeted right away by an employee by the name of Dylan. We had an amazing conversation i will be coming back again soon

Food sucks. I always order a fried house Zalad with chicken tossed in wimpy. Got the salad but it was tossed in something so nasty and spicy I couldn’t eat it. Asked for a side of wimpy and got not even a lick of some type of sauce that was just as nasty and NOT wimpy. Do better. People want to be paid $15 an hour or more for working a drive-through, but this clearly shows that seeing as how they can never get an order correct, they don’t deserve to make that much money.

I’ve briefly worked less than a mile from this location. I’ve given it 3 opportunities and unfortunately, every opportunity has only gotten worse. Service is extremely disorganized, lethargic, and carefree. Most recent visit I waited 45 minutes for a take out order while I watched multiple people inside receive my exact same order. Will not be returning after multiple failed attempts.
