10.16.2024 Update: I mentioned in my previous review that the service is not usually friendly and I stand by that completely. A recent experience solidified that and I have not nor will not be going back. I used to stop by once sometimes twice a week because of the convenient location and I never had any issues with the food. I have now been going out of my way to not patronage this location. This is a note that I sent to corporate about a month ago “I ordered the Ribeye Steak & Egg Biscuit Combo via the mobile app. However, when I arrived the manager said that they don’t carry those because “they cost too much”. She said that she had requested that corporate remove that item from the ordering system but they haven’t. She said for me to choose another item. I was in a hurry, so I just said the super bacon because I have had it before and didn’t have time to look at the menu. After I left, I looked at the prices of the item I ordered and the item I received and the item I ordered was a dollar more than the item I received so I was overcharged. There was no apology and I should not be able to order an item that isn’t available.” The response I received from corporate was in short, the store will be in touch. It has now been a month with no contact from the store. Obviously, the dollar of overcharge is not the issue. It’s the principle of the consistent complete lack of customer service and it starts at the management level.
Previous: I swing by this location for breakfast. I love their biscuits and usually eat them with only butter on them. They are also great with the gravy. The service is quick but not usually very friendly.
I got the loaded omelet biscuit recently and it looked nothing like the online picture. It was just okay.

One of the nastiest most careless fast food I’ve ever been to. 6 hashrounds and Grey sausage with a burnt crunchy biscuit with a 1/4 full container of gravy so thick it came out in an entire chunk and didn’t even bother to give cutlery. Do better. What a waste. Pathetic.

I waited behind a car setting at the drive thru order board for over 10 minutes. Two cars pulled out and left behind me, the car waiting to order finally just left. The employee immediately told me at the board that it would be a few minutes, that they were doing a shift change. Huh…are they so unorganized that they can’t operate during a shift change ♂️ ♂️ horrible service every time I go. Employees act as they hate being there. Slow, slow, and slow. My last wasted trip there. I’d rather eat Speedway hotdogs.

Went through drive-thru to a very rude person taking my order. Their voice screamed “I hate this job taking your order”, once we paid she gave us our 3 drinks all in small cups and said “its the only size we have, pull up and we’ll bring your food out to you”. Waited 20 minutes, and nothing so we had to go inside and ask for a refund. Others after us got their food but Apparently it takes longer than 20 minutes to cook some tenders.

Hardee’s has the BEST BISCUITS…. Hands Down!!! They are always fresh, hot and soft. That’s the best combination for a biscuit.I think somebody’s granny is back there in that kitchen getting them biscuits together eeaarrlllyyyyy in the morning!!! They have always been on point with their biscuits…..always!! They should really consider serving breakfast all day.

Sweetest employees!!!! Since I was younger I have always loved your hot ham and cheese!!! I will travel to other side of town to get them!!! I have had so much on your menu and have NEVER been disappointed, always sooooo good. And I LOVE your biscuits and gravy. Better then McDonald’s in my opinion! Every store ive been to is always so clean. Trust me, I am a customer for life!!

Unsure why they put money into renovations when my burger came out with half cooked bacon and more mayo than meat. Ordered small combo, had roughly 9 fries in the container. Would recommend closing the doors with the recent reviews and current service.

Best place for Saturday night karaoke. Mostly classics country but all genres welcome. Staff is very accommodating to partying. Yes. Hardee’s has karaoke. Sober karaoke. It’s fun. Check it out.

I just came through the drive-thru and got an omelette biscuit literally the first two bites was the only thing that had meat in it the rest of it was just egg and cheese. That’s absolutely ridiculous considering I paid almost $5 for this biscuit. Not to mention the lady in the drive-thru window had no personality. Lots of times on our way to work and we’re grabbing food drive-thru employees will be the first person you see in the morning. And she definitely put a bad taste in my mouth She didn’t offer a thank you have a good day nothing. I definitely will not be going back to this Hardee’s.
