I ordered wings with babacoa sauce, buffalo sauce, and Play-On wings by phone. All the orders were delivered without the sauces I requested; as you can see, they didn’t add any of them. They need to pay more attention to the orders placed.

Ordered from Marco’s for delivery Friday evening, 8/22, using their app. Two hours later, no pizza. Call the store and sat on hold for 15 minutes. Hang up, call back, and the number is no longer accepting calls. Two hours after this, the pizza was delivered. Left at the door – no knock or ring – found as pictured. $66 for this.
UPDATE: Marco’s Pizza made this right. Refunded the order with an apology and explanation – not an excuse – of what happened that night. I am changing my former ONE-STAR REVIEW to reflect the experience of the entire event. FIVE STARS for the service and the way they resolved the issue. Giving this an overall three stars.

This was the worst sandwich I’ve ever had. The bread was burnt, there was very little meat, and only half the sandwich had cheese! Half the meat was made of sinew that couldn’t even be cut with a knife!

That was a first for us. We choose lightly, it was perfectly cooked. The appearance was tantalizing, the taste was mouth watering, the temperature was hot, which was special because we had it delivered and all I can say is, their pizzas our the BEST pizzas we’ve ever had. We ordered extra cheese, let me tell you, we got lots of extra cheese it was so awesome. We’ve never gotten a pizza that had that much cheese. We were in pizza heaven. As for the ingredients, they piled on the ingredients to the point that when you picked up a piece of pizza you had to use two hands because it was heavy. I don’t know how they stay in business. Anyway, we have always bought our chicken wings and salads from Marco’s but now we will also be buying ALL of our pizzas from MARCO’S. Hat’s off to the chefs. Keep up the great work. Thank you for being well worth the money. You’re the only one!

In the past six months, in regards to my time in North Charleston, SC, I’ve discovered this great pizza place. The manager at my current job, would on occasion, purchase lunch for us and that’s when I was first introduced to Marco’s pizza. Now, it’s my go to place to settle a pizza craving. Pepperoni, and Italian sausage have been my staples. Recently, I tried a pizza with chicken, tomatoes and cheese. Oh, so good! I dine inside the restaurant so that when my food is ready I can enjoy it while it’s fresh and hot out of the oven. Seeing the steam float up as you pull a slice out of the box makes your mouth water in anticipation!

I’ve been ordering Marcos pizza for a couple years now. Their pizza is always better than the other chains. I actually thought Marcos was a small family owned pizza place until recently. It’s not. This place consistently outperforms any of the other places in the area. Their customer service is unmatched. Anytime I’ve ever had an issue with an order it has been quickly resolved. Today I’m not sure who made my pizza, but they completely knocked it out of the park. This might be the best pizza I’ve ever eaten. The credit goes to either, Arron, Jeff or a girl with a facial piercing that I didn’t catch the name of I think. Anyway I recommend this place to all. It may be a chain but you would never know it. Quality, friendliness, and professionalism are what sets this place apart…

My impressions? This would be good pizza if the crust were decent. Good toppings, but the crust is like eating a sponge.
Also, it is overpriced. It’s crazy to spend close to $20 for chain pizza when you can get a really good pizza from a local shop for maybe $25.

If you’re looking for a restaurant on a night you don’t feel like cooking then choose Marco’s! This restaurant offers great Customer service including foods that are seasoned well. I always enjoy the garlic parmesan wings and cheezy bread with ranch dressing on the side. What I also like is that Marco’s has a reward program which allows a customer to gain points from their order to be used on future orders. All a customer has to do for it is only sign up which takes maybe a minute or two of his or her time. I racked so many points I was receiving $10’s off my order. Check Marco’s on Mary Ader Ave in west ashley out. You won’t be disappointed
