Walked in an ordered a tray with pep & cheese.
Friendly staff and they told me the approximate time for the order and started on my order immediately. Couple people came in for their phone in orders while I was there. They were handled quickly by the friendly staff also.
Decided on a getting a pep roll to eat on the way home. Pep roll and pizza were/are both pretty darn good. I would not hesitate to go there again and I will. Other items that they have look appetizing. I’ll be trying them at a later date also.

This isn’t the first time but the third time. I called in and ordered 14 pieces regular with extra pepperoni and extra cheese on the side. Well they gave me cheese and pepperoni on the side but nothing on the pizza. They really need to get it together. And don’t call to complain because of course they try to over talk you and blame it on you.

I don’t know what’s going on here but the quality has gone down. My crust was hard as a rock. To the point I was afraid I would break a tooth. They hardly put any cheese on anymore. Downtown is way better.

Great pizza but I’ve noticed that they’ve started scaling back on the amount of cheese they put on the pizza. Its all dough and sauce no cheese.

Walked in I was one of two people. But they served about 6 people before asking if everyone had been helped. No I said. My pizza came out and he apologized. Got my dipping sauce free but only because I forgot to ask until I was paying. No big deal. Wasn’t upset. But then I got home and the pizza was cold. Cheese unmelted. Crust was pretty hard. This isn’t indicative of every experience here. But it’s pretty hit or miss anymore whether I have a good experience. Each employees idea of extra pepperoni is wildly different. I order extra pepp everytime and sometimes I’m lucky to get 4 pieces per slice. Other times it’s acceptable. It’s never great anymore. I’m going to start going downtown again, but honestly have had some bad experiences down there also. Maybe it’s time to retire DiCarlos ? Idk just a very unpleasant experience this time. Think my money might be better spent elsewhere.

I LOVE Mario’s, my favorite stuffed peppers around. However I’ve noticed lately they get smaller and smaller every time I get them. I paid 10 dollars for the 4 smallest wimpiest stuffed peppers I’ve ever seen

I normally do not leave reviews but I just had to give dicarlos on three springs a shout out! My pizza was made to absolute perfection! Sauce was fresh, pizza was stretched to perfection, and literally the same amount of peperoni on every slice! Dicarlos is the best pizza in town, hands down!! Thank you for your amazing service!

Our AC is out at our house and we wanted a pizza for dinner so we decided let’s give them a try cause we don’t want to turn the oven on when it’s 80 in our house. Tried calling to place an order but the phone said that it was in use and couldn’t place the call through. We were like ok, it’s a family owned business, it happens. So my husband went up to place an order got it home and NOTHING is cooked! The pictures online showed cooked pizzas and we get unmelted cheese, uncooked pepperoni, and uncooked onions! So now, I have to turn on my oven and make it 90 plus degrees in my house. Plus for a $27 pizza it really should at least be cooked. I literally want to give a negative star.

I stopped yesterday as a first-timer from out of town and purchased 6 slices with pepperoni. The pizza was absolutely delicious! My only regret is that I didn’t purchase several more slices! I’ll be stopping back from Pgh., just for the pizza. Great job!!!
