Delish tacos – best in pagosa voted by a denverite. This spot knocks the socks off of any other spot that we tried, and we ate Mexican food every single meal during our stay aside from one!! There is a table outside of the food truck with a awning that creates shade. This place had a steady stream of visitors and I can see why. Incredible flavor, and real deal tortillas.

Such amazing flavors!! This is my favorite place for tacos hands down. The quesabirria is go good and adobada pork tacos and tinga chicken tacos are my go to it’s hard to decide what to get!!!

Delish! We got the chicken quesadilla, chicken burrito and chicken and carne asada tacos. It didn’t bother us but the chicken is spicy so keep that in mind when ordering.
Burrito was jammed packed full of meat, quesadilla was thick! Tacos were flavorful. The winners for use was the quesadilla and tacos they just had a little more flavor than the burrito so those will be our go to!

The best place to meet your authentic hispanic cravings! The tamales are the best we’ve ever had. Very friendly service. The prices are very cheap for amazing food, so tip them well, a lot of work goes into this! Tables to sit at outside the food truck with tent shade provided as well. Must visit!!

Driving through and saw 4.9 stars for a taqueria, and well that’s usually enough for me. And it was a good call. This taco trailer has loads of picnic tables, a standard selection and superior taste. I recommend especially the barbacoa. The tinga, not normally a favorite of mine, was also very good. The tostada was really nice, with lettuce, cheese and crema. They were out of carnitas this time, but I’ll be back to try that next time. Closed Wednesdays.
