Great cozy Mexican joint in the heart of the harbor view aka port streets community. Plenty of parking spaces available. Free.

We had a lovely Mexican lunch at Taco Rosa today. The place has a nice vibe, beautiful interior, nice open-air terraces. The food was delicious.

Came her for OC Food Week. Some of the food items were excellent, and others were okay. My wife and I enjoyed the fried empanadas. I had the steak and brie taco. Those were both great! My wife had the Chile relleno taco and it was just okay. The desert was a paleta, which is also not my cup of tea. I also felt it was a little pricey for what we got, but given that most of the food was very good I still give it 4 stars.

Always the go to when visiting with my mom. Friendly and delicious Mexican food. Tried the fajitas for two: Skirt steak, chicken, and Shrimp on a sizzling platter sided with rice, beans, tortillas, guacamole, and salsa. Highly recommend this dish!

We had a great experience here. Food is not cheap but neither is the experience. The chips and guacamole were sensational: loved the two salsas, and beans cheese dip. My wife had the two chile relleno tacos rice and beans: her words not mine super yummy, she loved it. The cuisine here is stupendous, to die for. I had the tacos al hambre; the perfect marriage of tart, salty, sweet, and spicy. The toasted corn tortilla with melted cheese were part of a symphony of flavors! Bravo!! Can’t wait for my next visit. The service was stellar, the wait staff was a little overwhelmed, but my wife and I enjoyed the perfect socal day on the patio.

Nice staff, great food! I will definitely return. I have had their catering in the past and it was well received at events so I wanted to try dine-in.

I’ve been here several times and never been disappointed. The food is a refreshing upscale twist to traditional Mexican dishes. Tacos are unique, burritos large and quality ingredients. Service is always good. If you’re in the mood for Mexican food but tired of the same old thing you should give this place a try. Prices for dinner range between $10-$20 on average. Some more some less. You can get a good taco for $5. I felt the pricing was totally fair for the meal. I got the blackened chicken burrito. My wife got a couple different tacos and a friend got the Mexico City enchilada. Everything was excellent
