Not sure who the gentlemen was working today on 12/28/25 around3:10 pm at the Woodstock location but he was such a sweetheart! I had to do a double take because I’m not used to people being so polite anymore. Great employee and I’m impressed! Manners and politeness are everything in a company.

I will give this store a 5 star!!! A few Reasons why, one is for their service. The employees all have great attitude and great service. you can tell they all care about you as a customer and the food they give you. There are two that stand out I forgot the gentleman’s name and the ladies name but I will update my review with their names. Another reason is the how clean and nice it looks when you walk in. Even the refrigerator with the bottles are all stacked with their labels facing out. You can tell they try and care. Just a great all around Pizza Hut. Great deals if you sign up on the app. Which I would recommend because you get points and free food! Who doesn’t like free food??

I placed an order through Uber Eats. They didn’t deliver the large Coke that cost $6, and the delivery driver was given the wrong pizza. They didn’t inform me of this in advance. Terrible.

Selected light sauce and specified Almost NO sauce in special instructions. So much sauce the pizza went straight in the trash. Also looked like they threw a handful of dirt and grass clipping on the pizza. Gross!!!!!
