I am totally disappointed with my “lunch” at this place! Sure the staff was friendly and the service was fast. But the size of the “tenders” was unacceptable! They were so small it was unbelievable! See the picture attached. And this cost me more than $10.00! I don’t think I’ll be going back!

Picked up two orders here. All the employees except two of them were just standing around doing nothing. Took almost 6 minutes to get two orders that were called in ahead of time. I will say that the guy who gave me the food was very nice. But that’s the only reason they get two stars. You can see from the pictures that most of them are just standing around. Not to mention they had the air cranked down to 68° when it’s only 71° out. Again I don’t understand why people give their hard earned money to these horrible companies. I just pick up the orders and deliver them. The food is good but why would you blow your money when the service and atmosphere stinks

I spent nearly $40 on a DoorDash order tonight and the food was unacceptable. The chicken was soggy and tasted old, sauces were missing, and the overall quality was far below standard. This was a complete waste of money. I expect a refund or replacement and will be speaking with a manager.

I was really disappointed. I got the original recipe that didn’t taste like the original recipe and there was more batter than there was meat, and the chicken didn’t taste fresh at all. Mashed potatoes was just nasty. I don’t think I’ll be eating there again. Definitely wasn’t worth the money

We ordered the chicken and waffle family box and they didn’t even include the waffles…how can you jack up a order that is so simple? We tried to call to complain and got no answer.. i guess I wouldn’t either if I was stupid enough to jack up something that a kid could had put together. How much time does it take to check orders before they are delivered? There is NO excuse for not making sure the order is CORRECT. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone especially for delivery.

At first, you’re like “Holy crap, $20 feels like a lot for just 8 chicken tenders”!…. But then you bite into them and remember that it’s actually TOTALLY WORTH IT as the tender and juicy chicken explodes it’s amazingly seasoned crust all over your mouth hole! Then you start thinking about how much money you keep wasting on other chicken tenders that NEVER quite hit the spot the same way and then you feel even money satisfied because NOW you feel like you”got your money’s worth” as your taste buds tummy ticklers thank you for every delicious bite!
Also, I just found out about the 8 tenders or 8 pieces of dark meat chicken every Tuesday for $10. Tenders and chicken legs are my absolute favorite, so you’ll be seeing me pretty much EVERY Tuesday from now until the end of this promotion. Thank you so much for making my future Tuesday night dinners a guaranteed win!

Ordered the famous chicken bowl in the app. Took forever to get my food and it only had 3 peices of chicken… one of which was super tiny as you can see in the picture and to top it off it only had a VERY small amount of gravy. This place is a rip-off. Won’t be back.

Been eating KFC for over 50 years. Every so often just get a craving for the extra crispy chicken. I think the prices are still reasonable and the quality has stayed pretty good for great for fast food. Compared to other “fast” food, KFC is still fast almost all of the time.
