My granddaughter and I waited for a good 25 minutes for our food tonight. When we were finally given cups for our drinks, they were out of Pepsi and the sweet tea was warm enough to instantly melt our ice. As we were going out to our vehicle 2 of the employees followed us outside and jumped in the car parked beside us. Unsure what they were doing but they kept watching us like they were up to no good.

Arrived in the drive thru and wanted a chicken quesadilla and the employee informed me that they were out of chicken. So I ordered 3 beef tacos and a drink. I literally didn’t receive one thing that I ordered except for my drink, and it was flat as hell so it went in the garbage. My neighbor was with me as well in placed his own separate order and he got nothing that he ordered either, and his drink was flat as well.

The absolutely worst Taco Bell.. Order anything and I promise they will be “out of it”. Waited 30 minutes in line after ordering online the app for them to say they were out.. no less than 10 cars behind me.. I feel bad for the staff because I’m sure they get a lot of the backlash.
Not the first time, not the second time, not the third time.. they are always out of something.
I pulled a Karen and asked to talk to the manager once and he was the rudest individual.. I can’t believe this Taco Bell is still operating..

Food quality has really went down hill here since they opened. Orders wrong. Tacos with almost nothing inside them. The level of not caring about what is given to customers is real. Save your money go somewhere else.

If you’re working in customer service then you should be friendly! This Taco Bell acts like they are just miserable and are very slow. It’s supposed to be fast food! It’s almost every time I order that they can’t get my order right and usually have items missing. There is barely anything in the tacos. You pay more for the food and are still hungry. It doesn’t seem to be worth going for a meal! Do better!!

Food took so long it was ridiculous. Close to a 30 minute wait. Staff just stood around the back and talked, that is if they weren’t running in and out of the restaurant. The service today was absolutely inexcusable and ridiculous.

I was so looking forward to this Taco Bell opening close to home. Have been there three times, not going back. You would think service would be getting better, but it’s getting worse. Waited 15 minutes for my order when there was only one customer ahead of me and no drive-thru orders. Only one person preparing the orders on the “dine-in” side; the other three workers on the “take out” side were standing around laughing and talking. Manager outside on phone the whole time. Finally one worker asked me if I had been helped and I told her it was now more than 10 minutes since I ordered and no food! She jumped right in and helped the woman working alone on the order ahead or me. I don’t think this Taco Bell has any desire to cater to walk-in customers. So disappointed. Oh, and the food quality has been hit or miss as well.
