My friend called up there she had ordered for her and her family which made them sick and throw up.Then when she had called asking for a refund telling them only three slices were eaten.They told her to wait while she asked another girl what they should do they didn’t mute the phone and my friend was able to hear the conversation saying it wasn’t their problem while laughing not taking it seriously or having any concern. Management needs to do something about this and teach their workers to have customer courtesy.

Normally I wouldn’t even trip about a hair in food, it happens. It’s not usually intentional, it’s gross but I mean it’s just hair.
But I ordered two pizzas 07/10/21 a medium supreme with extra mushroom and a medium zesty pepperoni.
Once we got the pizzas home I found a hair in one of the slices of the supreme.
The hair was imbedded and baked into the cheese. Not just sitting on top, and much darker than my own hair or my husbands short hair.
So we called the restaurant to let them know, and we’re asked to bring the pizza back to the store. Sure, no problem.
Only two slices had been eaten and the third that had started to be eaten but had the hair in it.. Once we got to the store my husband spoke to the woman who was managing, she told him that she was the one who made the pizzas and that it couldn’t have been her hair.
No offer of a refund or coupon or anything. Why even ask us to bring the pizza back to the store to begin with if you weren’t going to do anything about it? Just tell me I’m SOL on the phone if that’s the case.
So I called the store again from the parking lot and spoke to Terry who I explained the situation to once again and was issued a refund begrudgingly for the supreme pizza by the same woman who previously said there was nothing she could do.
0/10 for customer service and pizza experience. Would not recommend to a friend, lol. I definitely wouldn’t have even left a review had they just handled it better from the jump.

Ordered around 5:30pm for an 8pm delivery time. Tipped the delivery driver over 25%. Got the pizza 15 min early, no big deal at all. Problem was that the pizza sat in the box so long that the center was fused the box. The Crust and outer ring was cold rubbery, the center was luke warm at best. I would have had it carbon dated if I knew someone that could do it. Horrible.

So far EACH TIME I PLACED ORDER FOR DELIVERY…They still have yet to get my SIDE ORDERS RIGHT! Wings/Bone-in, Cinnamon rolls have ALWAYS kept being left out of my orders, and I wasn’t able to get the items I wanted to eat. Dining in is really nice, but ordering through delivery so far has been below the 1 star rating. I know You can do better CiCis to deliver correct orders, and delivery customer service!!
