Solid burgers for really affordable prices with a mildly unnerving interior. I got a cheeseburger and fries for $7.70, the most economical option near campus. The cheeseburger had two thin patties and grilled onions, which were a nice touch. The fries tasted great, but I got a lot of bits less than an inch long. Food was out in 3 minutes – amazing.

Burger delicious customer service was beyond poor. The cashier didn’t smile or say thank you. I had questions and didn’t even ask in fear of being snapped on. He was extremely rude and seems like just to women. Men came in and he smiled ans talked to them . I needed ketchup I asked please he threw it on the counter and didn’t say nothing. Maybe san jose location is better … poor service will make me never visit this location again

Honest Review. The fries are about half the length, but the same width as the In n’ Out burger, but REALLY SOGGY, and this is partly due to how they hang them over the grease vat before they are cooked. Not good.
The burger was pretty good, not as good as In n Out, but I do like their spread, it is slightly spicy. It only comes with sauce and griddled onions, no tomatoes or lettuce.
The grilled cheese is not griddled, but rather tastes toasted, but it is cheesy and only $1.99
